Yes. I am getting them too. I know certain numbers have been alternative energy marketing (solar) but not sure about this one yet. But I know it's some sort of telemarketing crap based on times they call.

Yes this call is also solar - based out of Petaluma, CA I believe - to put solar on your roof.  IMO, These is high school or college drop outs in dire need of money.

This is the same maggot SOLAR company that has called our home 107 times since April 29 2013 under 10 phone numbers. I work at home and keep records. (yes, a tad OCD)

They formally spoofed the name PETALUMA then switched to ST HELENA, SUISAN CITY
& now SANTA ROSA.

I answered the phone and it sounded like a high school girl, I said hello and she replied, when I asked who it was she hung up.

Live voice with other voices in background suggesting caller in room with others.  Based on other reports, solar scumbags. Do not do business with these low life. Likely want financial information for fraud or identity theft.

Received a call when I was driving (8:30 AM) and stupidly answered it. Some woman( young and dumb sounding) on the other end saying hello, hello, I responded yes! Yes! YES, HELLO?!?!... then she hung up.
Perturbed as to how they got my number and WTF they want.

Called at 8:30 am...left no message.   Caller id shows "Out of Area" only.

I think they switched to other numbers in St. Helena  and other north bay places:

The pattern of calls is the same, and no one ever answers if I manage to answer it.

Robocalls from this number are relentless and no messages are left.

Number has been disconnected when return call is made.

Just received a call from this number.  Didn't answer, no message, then blocked contact after reading these posts.  Been getting lots of similar 707 calls

They call me every day in the afternoon, claiming to be helping PG&E customers with high utility bills, offering to come analyze your home for installation of solar. They won't stop calling, no matter how many times I scream, and are often rude. They say their sponsor name so fast I can't make out what "company" they represent.

I have had many calls from this number. I answered once and got the solar system spiel and said no thank you, but they kept calling, at least once a day. We kept ignoring. Finally I answered again, human voice after the pause and click and told them never to call again and hung up. They keep calling! I answered this morning, and a guy said never mind. They just called again. I have reported them to the FTC, but they probably can't help. Getting very annoyed.
