This party calls hourly and leaves messages stating they will bring my family in front of a "magistrate" or "grand jury" if I do not comply with their request to resolve an unidentified matter.  Caller has a heavy accent and does not properly pronounce many of his words.  Favorite phrase is, "Help us to help you".  No company name is provided. Not only is this a scam, but these phony messages also interrupt our day.  

Yes, I wish there were somewhere that I could report this caller to.  I get the same messages.  Today, I got 4 of them.  If you hear of anyone that I could report this to, please post

Says his name is Steve Martin. Says something about the US Treasury Department Called 3 times today. Going to block this number.

So upset.  This is a total scam, but before I figured that out I  was told I would.be arrested immediately if I didn't comply.  The call lasted 2 awful hours where I was told if I hung up I would be arrested.  Long awful story

These people! I've got two different messages from this phone number. 1) you owe to the IRS... you'll be arrested...; 2) outstanding matters... you'll be arrested.  Same person, same foreign accent, both Steve Martin... Someone please find them and arrest them for harassment!

Got 2 calls to 530-809-9424 today. Last week the same voice called from 707-266-9019. Same message, threatening Treasury Enforcement Action, along with his favorite phrase "Help us Help You",
