Who are these people?

Told me they were law firm representing payday loan center. Supposedly, I was given a loan advance, and when they attempted to get back their money, there were no funds in my bank account. They were suing me for (3) seperate counts. However, I never received any funds from any online payday company, nor was anything deposited or extracted from my account. The [***] that left me a message had such a thick accent, I could hardly understand him, as well as the one I talked to when I called back. He could NOT tell me the date of this alleged deposit to my account. He actually had the nerve to get upset with me when I told him these allegations were [***], and hung up on me.

The same thing happened to me today and when i called them back they where like this is human investigations but they had a very thick accent that was very hard to understand.

They also stoll 110 dollars from me and never sent me money but they called 2 days later asking me to send them more money that i had to pay taxes on the money that they where supposed to send the a couple of days before but they never did. These people are scam artists and deserve to go to jail.

I just recently got this same message left on my phone, I've never asked for loans pertaining to this situation. I find it very interesting that they wish to speak to my attorney regarding this situation. There is no situation, they're just trying to get free money. Someone should report them for sure.

You owe us monies or the cops will be at your door. And I said who do we owe monies to and he said well f--- u. These people are scam artists so please don't fall into there tricks they are con artists and scams so tell them to get a life and get on over it

the samething happen to me it put me in the hospital, had panic attack i am disabled with no cash to do a reverse phone call look up then i could get the state of north carolina in invlove in it

they r now calling from 540-322-4965 so people please watch out for this number as well. they r scam artist

Okay, this Jack Butt,called my cell phone then turned around and call me unavailable, then called my job which is a NO NO NO. Left a message sounding like his mouth was full of spit.  I called back to inform this dummy to either mail me something, get someone who speaks english but for sure stop calling me on my job.  He had a thick acent, and rushed his words but got out Criminal Investigations.  When asked Criminal Investigations for what, his reply was you took monies from Pay Day Cash.  I said you WISH, hell show me the proof that you have.  He  said we put money  in your account, I said again YOU WISH.  

We have Attorney call you and also the Police I said Bring it, I will be waiting you just give me the date and time.  

I also told him to stop calling me on my job or you will be hearing from my Attorney.

I hung the phone up.

This "getleman"if I can call him that is calling to inform me that I owe monies pertaining to an outsatanding debt,which I DO Not owe!!He is a bonafide liar and do not believe a damn thing he says!!!All [***]!!!

They have been calling me with the exact same crap as everyone else. First he said he wanted my attorneys number. Then he said I owe for a payday advance. Then he says he only wanted me to call him because he gets paid 50 cents each time I call him, and the money is paid to him from my phone company. The guy called me every name in the book. [***], C**k Sucker, M*frk, etc etc...It was after the first name he called me that I realized it was some type of fraudulent scam or something.
But he did fix his caller ID to make it look like someone was calling from my job. I checked with my receptionist. She said she never called. So I assume they can also tweak their caller ID's to make it seem like they are calling from another number.

I received a phone call this morning at my place of employment from this number stating that there was a warrant issued for my arrest for taking out a payday loan and never paying it back. Never in my life have I taken out a loan. I contacted the GBI and they informed me that this company is currantly under investigation for fraud. Whatever you do, do not send these idiot people your money.

Yup I got the same call this afternoon looking for my fiance and rambling unintellagibly about money and cops and jail I turely couldnt understand a word they where saying. Funny part when I asked if anyone there spoke english they got furious cursed me out and hung up. Listen if you wanna rip me off I have to atleast understand what you want from me. Maybe they should get a gas station and work like everyone else. Best part I got unlimited  long distance so every now and again I will place a call to them and harass them.  Tomorrow I will pretend to be an attorney  and threaten to sue them if they don't pay me some money lol.

The calls are appearing to come from multiple locations which leads me to believe that this strange person is not really even located in the US. Numbers and states that his calls have come from to my cell phone:

This person does not speak English very well, and has such a strong Indian accent that you must listen carefully to what he is trying to say. I did speak to him on two occasions and he was looking for someone named "Debbie." He did threaten me over my cell phone on the last occasion we spoke, saying "I will **** you up!" This call took place the last week of March I believe.  On 4/9/12 he called from the 707-508-4204 number and left a Voice Mail message, in which he is in some way threatening. He says, "...if I do not hear from you or your attorney all I can do is wish you good luck as this situation unfolds on you..."

My wife has been called on fraud checks from the 707-508-2404.  Lets start a lawsuit against these people.  We have the numbers, just need todo some more research.

yep they called me to but i called their bluff they told me they was gonna call the cops tell them to call i was on the phone and heard them talking to someone else and telling them the same thing this a bull crap company they are scammers do not fall for it they left threatening calls on my phone he cussed me told me they was gonna call my job and everything just play along with their game they will eventually leave you alone so i started calling them back he says im gonna get you for harrasement go ahead big boy get me what company if they are ligit does that

These people have called me and called me so i started calling them back i talked to him for about 20 minutes he told me he is a scam artist i heard him on the phone talking to other people everyone is starting to catch on to his game he takes the money he gets which he says 150 and sends it over seas he told me quite a bit so dont be scared there is no traced call DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION ON YOU no police its all bull #*#* they are SCAMMERS he is not a ATTORNEY

he told me the same thing. He called me for about 3 weeks so finally i called him back. he said i owed money to a pay day loan advance. i never had one.  so i called my local cops and the cops in California. when i called him back and told him that he got mad and hung up on me. he threatening me being arrested and when asked to speak to a attorney he hung up on me. this is complete bull crap an authorities should be investigation this.
