rec'd a call @6:57pm on 03/31.  Caller ID said call originated from Santa Rosa, Ca.  No message was left on my answering machine.  Caller unknown.

Received call from this number but no one was on the other end.

I keep getting calls from this number also.  I won't answer, but they keep calling almost every day!  the caller id just shows California.

I recieved a call from the number above, I didn't reconize the #, I don't know any one in California. they didn't leave a message. It should be a way that the company name comes up automatically when these folks call you. The do call registry is a joke!!!!

Something called International Insurance Solutions.  Strong Philippine (Tagalog?) accent.  Could barely understand her.

i keep getting a call from three different numbers but the same person.   calls my name as if they were my friends.  don't know the numbers.

Recieved a call from this number, automated voice said goodbye and then my computer glitched right infront of me

had a call from this number, @11 am. said voip caller, deleted immediately, have had it before.

i keep getting this call an never left message,, do not answer if you get it..

This  number is the thirteenth number on my blocked list. I have to block at least one number a week, it's nuts. I think it's because I have posted my number on Craigslist. That's the only thing I can think of. Good luck with the losers.

Same.  Call came from a VOIP caller in Santa Barbara.  I didn't answer, but am getting more of these calls with new smart phone.

Just got this phone call. 4/30/2014 11am, I let it right on my house phone it says anonymous. No message left. I called back and it said number is no longer in service. AND I'm to believe this because the number i redialed isn't valid for me to call just for them to call me. . .NO.

I have no idea why I am so lucky to hear from them all the time. It can't be a bill collector..I don't owe anybody. I have  CM Security on my android (antivirus) that has a call block. See if that works.

I get a call from these scammers once a week. Blocking number after number.
They claim they're insurance solutions     wanting to save u money on auto insurance. Phishing for personal info.
After I tell them I already have an insurance agent that finds me the best prices for me they get rude. A sure sign of a scammer.

Its the DHS. They are trying to associate your number with your IP address.

The caller ID showed VOIP,  I looked it up and it some sort of telephone sales pitch.

They called at 10:20 am 5/6/2014, I answered, there was a few seconds of silence, then a computerized voice said Goodbye, and hung up.
