Will never identify themself when asked who is calling.  When they ask to speak with an individual and are told they don't live here they continue to call, sometimes several times a day, sometimes several times a week.  When I respond why do you keep calling they hang-up until the next time they call.  It often times sounds like the same female voice.

I've been receiving calls from this number for a few months.  They never leave a message and when I call back and give them the number they called me at, they say it doesnt come up in their system.  annoying++

I got a missed call from this number, they did not leave a message.  When I called back they said they are with VMsomething  -  a collection agency for the University of Chicago
