They keep calling my cell phone with autodialer message asking to press 5 if I want to lower my electric bill.

CID says Oak Lawn IL.  Doesn't leave message

Cid displays Energy Service and caller leaves no message.

Several hang up calls from this number to cell.

Block'em and keep blocking a lots of them.

Same as above but just before they call Private Caller calls.

says energy service repeated calls and from similar 529-4737, 529-4739 etc customer care etc repeated

Finally cleaning out my saved voice mails, and I found that I had more than a few calls from these scammers. The calls from "Alert" started in  August 2013 from 7085294734. I only hear the end of the robocall in my VM, which says "Press 5 to be transferred to one of our friendly representatives".

These seem like they were probably the same scammers. (224) is local Chicago suburban area code, like 708 and 847. However, no message was left.
