Left no message and tried to append international dialing in front of their number to make it seem important. When you call them back, it is the electric company idiots trying to "reduce your electric bill". Scam. Avoid. Ignore. Block.

These idiots called 3-days in a row.

Robot says, you may be eligible for lower costs electric bills.

No option button to remove from their caller list.

Caller ID reads, Oak Lawn.

all it said was press one to have this call blocked on the do not call list

Press 3 to verify a human answered your phone.

Press 7 if you want us to call you at 7 AM ... or, some other, inconvenient time.

Rec'd call 5/5/14 from these idiots despite my number being on National Do Not Call Registry. Caller ID says Customer Care.  Left message about lowering cost of electricity.  I've reported this robocall to www.donotcall.gov, Illinois State Attorney and my private attorney.

Did not answer, no message left.

Called yet again today. I think they is third time now. They have changed their caller id yet again, this time to Customer Care. The lower your electric rate scam.

"Hi please remove this number from your list"  
"Don't  you want to save on your electric bill?"
"Nope  I like paying more  Please remove this number from your list now"
