it is a real bank, but they keep calling my cell phone number looking for a person that must have had this number before me.  My phone is prepaid and unlisted, no link to my name what so ever, so I know they are not calling for me.

Just received a call from this number and I answered nobody said anything just kept on listening. Don't know who it is.

I have no idea why they are calling. I dont have anything with Firest Financial Bank. They call non stop 8 9 10 times a day. Rather disturbing & irritating. Not mention when you do answer they are ungodly rude.

First time,I answered-nothing just silence.Then 2 hours later calling again.

Called twice in a row, made no reply when phone was answered using business name (this is a well-established small business, which has been in operation for over 35 years). Caller ID provides no information, simply reads "Number". Our business has no accounts with First Financial Bank. THey could at least do us the courtesy of responding when phone is answered so that we can ask them to update theur records.

First Financial Bank is a debt collector.

This number continuously calls me. They just started calling 3 days ago, and I have probably received at least 20 calls in these 3 days! They do not say anything or respond, is this a legit company for real???

I don't have any connections with First Financial Bank and I am receiving multiple calls. No one answers when i answer the phone..

This is the first time they called my phone. They called twice within one minute. Nobody answers. Dont know what Fist Financial Bank is.....

I am at work and cannot answer my phone, however I have recieved 8 calls from this phone number today, the last 5 being about 15 minutes apart.

Phone number called me and said that I have a delinquent account and they wanted me to pay $60 to keep it in good stance.  #1 - I don't have any delinquent accounts  #2 - when the option asked to speak with a representative, the recording looped back around to the beginning of the call. #3 The computer operator wanted your checking account number with your last 4 digits of your social security number.  SCAM.......be aware.

This # just called my place of work asking for a former employee that hasn't been here for at least four years and they sounded confused. Then they asked if this was her former job and I said yes and then the line went dead.

I received a call from this number and didnt answer it because i didnt know who it was from... they left no message and when i called it back a man answered very unprofessionally and said "hello this is mike" ????? if you were a real debt collector company wouldnt you think you would answer a little more professionally and maybe state the company you are working for??? weird.

The caller is 1st Financial Bank USA. They supply high interest Visa credit cards to students and others with limited credit history (read: predatory lender). The main reason they call is when a payment is late. This number is their collections department. They are usually unprofessional and ask questions they have no business asking but they are indeed a legitimate company.

Seems like a very unprofessional business handling this.  I just called them and hear random people saying dumb things in the background so it was like I wasn't even talking to a real company.

It is a credit card bank just like capital one , I have one of their credit cards they suck never get one
