They called from BHS Home Security, asking if I was interested in a free home security system if I would put an advertising sign in the yard.  I said yes.  They asked if I had a current contract with a home security company.  I can't believe how idiotic I was and said no. I gave them half my address (didn't give zip and city) before I realized they could be fishing for information.  How stupid of me!  I'm scared now that they will stalk our house for breaking in.  When they asked for the zip code, and I came to my senses, I said I wasn't comfortable and they said that's okay they understand and hung up.  So worried now!!

second call from a home security telemarketer. they didnt have my name right. i told the first time that i already had a system including video surveillance and was not interested. the 2nd call i sent to vmail, no message left.

They call me atleast 3 times a week..never leaves voicemail..but I had "Mr number' app so it told me that it was a spam number...I have no clue how they got my number either...

First time this number called on my cell.  I will do what I do to all of the rest of them and put them on ignore.  Put the number into your contact list then silence the ringer for the number. Do this and you will have no idea when or how many times they call and you can delete all the missed calls at your convenience.  Been doing this for so long that some of these S-O-B's have quit calling.

this number has called my cell 3 or 4 times, no one answers when i say hello and then they hang up. i have tried calling them back but the phone won't even ring. i plan to block the number now that i have read the other testimonials. thank you.

I keep getting calls from this phone number about 3 times a day. i never answer them nor do they leave a vm. i will not answer from this number anymore as to me reading the comments on this page. i do not know how they got my number as well maybe after them calling a few times and getting no answer they will get the hint and stop calling. if not i will add them to the block list.

B*stards got hold of my cell phone #.   I did not answer and they did not leave a message.

They called me on my cell last night. Usually I do not answer numbers I do not recognize, but have had to of late because of important personal issues.  This guy was selling home security.  I hung up on him.

Received a call from this number.  Although it is a local area code from Chicago area, when I dialed it back, it recorded that I don't have enough funds in my account to call this number.  Strange.  When I tried calling from my landline, got the same recording.  Blocked them.

Especially annoying. Repeated calls every day. I now (if I'm home) pick up phone, then hang up, or I pick up, lay the phone down on the desk and go about my business. I don't know how to get rid of these pests.

They keep calling my cell phone number to sell home security.  I can't reach anyone when I call back to tell them to stop calling.  When I googled the number I found out it is spam and others are just as annoyed as I am.  They also stated on the website that this caller has asked personal information regarding others home security systems.  Sounds like a scam or that they are scooping out homes for buglary.

"Sounds like a scam" It is a scam. The callers might be associated with Crap Service/Card Service. They are telemarketing leeches that lie all the time.

They called me and identified themselves as GE home security... telemarketer did not respond to any of my questions and kept reading from a script! I finally hung up on the jerk...

I keep getting phone calls on my Cell number.   They hang up after you pick up the phone.

this is a telemarketer, if you call the number back it gives you the option of oressing 1 to speak with a live rep or press 9 to be put on the do not call list. i selected do not call lets see if this works.

I did not answer but it was a telemarketer even though I am on the do not call list...

I've had 3 calls from them so far on my cell. I use Blacklist so the calls don't even ring through. Best solution is to keep a whistle by the phone... when they call, answer it and blow as long as you can. Bet they don't call back :)

It's a robot that somewhat replies to your responses. First time it called I amused myself by asking its name over and over and it replied with the same "My name is Dan" recorded response each time. Second time it called me I told it to "Do not call" and it said I was added to their do not call list. That turned out to be a lie though as I received a third call.

Overall I've submitted two complaints to the national do not call list for this number. It won't do anything, but I figured I'd give them a few extra data points.

I understand that if you answer and push a button whatever that is asked then you actually start getting more calls - they sell the list - I'm not sure about this but that's what I was told best thing to do is do call block and not answer and push any buttons.  If it's important they will leave a message if they don't then it must not be important.
