Very true, I have been getting calls from this number but i dont answer weird numbers. But this number doesnt leave a voice mail I have tried calling back but the call doesnt go through.

The name of one of the parties is Anthony Culpepper. He is a 2x federal felon.  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR NAME THEY CAN ALSO CHANGE TELEPHONE NUMBERS!  THEY CAN CONTINUE HARASSING YOU. PLEASE FILE a REPORT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE ST OF ILLINOIS EVEN IF THEY START CALLING YOU ON AN 800 #. THESE PEOPLE ARE COMMUTTING FRAUD!!! YOU Can also contact the states attorneys office cook county. I know who these people are and many complaints have been made against this group.

Just got a call from them, they were asking me about information about my college education to help me find "continuing educational opportunities," even though I am already a student. I kept asking who it was done through, but I never got a response. Somehow they already had my name and former mailing address--any advice on what I should do?

I got a call from this number and I block the call and they still got through. When I answer they don't say anything or it is a busy signal. I did answer one time and they ask for me and I told that person doesn't live hear. It sound like he was a foreigner.

They get your phone number from internet and there you go, they try to get your money.

I got called too I told them they had the wrong number and they asked for money for something so I hung up

this number called tonite asking for my daughter....sounded like someone from a different country. something about on line schooling

i dont know who you are but I have never had any dealings with PIF I know who the owner is Andre Davis I have never worked for, called any clients on his behalf and don't know how my name got mixed up with this, I did have a federal case which I did serve time and did my probation and nothing after that have I been involved in with anyone trying to scam or take their money. You write this info down and its believed because its in print, I dont know you or why you are doing this but one thing you should know is have proof of what you are talking about. That company you are referring to has nothing AT ALL to do with me never has and whatever it they have done you should be going after them, I dont know a Mark or anyone that worked at that company nor how they did their business, as far as I knew they were a collection agaency and not a very good or ethical one. I am guilty of knowing the owner but not guilty of how he conducted his business. I am not hiding or have any complaints against me I am running a legitimate business and has been for the past several years, whoever you are eveidently you dont do enough research to see this, anyone can look up my PAST record but thats all it is the past.
