So, I picked up the phone, and said hello, twice. and heard a beep, then a voice said "good bye"  WTH

Predictive dialer with more live answers to calls than agents available to handle them.

Have received calls from this number, never answered.  Caller Id simply shows "Illinois Caller".  However, a Google search finds the number is for the obviously erroneously named "Best Social Advertising".  Their web site is blocked for me at work, so can't check it out to see what they purport to do.  If they were legit (or if the call was from them) the caller ID should show the name, one would think.

would not answer my ? if this was legit electric, kept repeating I want to talk to person in charge of electric bill; and eventually hung up when I kept asking if this was about a bill

I let the phone ring several times before deciding to answer. Once I did, I used a foreign accent and the caller hung up on me! How do they get my number???? I'm so tired of these types of calls.

Called @1:46 P.M. on 8/26/2013; didn't answer, received no message.

I keep getting repeatedly called and harassed even though I've told them not to call me again.     I think it has something to do with wanting to offer a deal for COM-Ed customers.

Get these calls and have told them not to call.  I encourage EVERYONE to use the FTC do not call number and file a complaint against this company.  I do this each and every time I get calls like this.  Hopefully, with enough complaints to the FTC, SOMEONE will pay attention.

Claims to be from Plymouth Electric.  Guessing an aggregate company trying to get your business to transfer over.  Call back number is a constant busy!

I keep getting these calls, on my caller ID it shows Illinois caller and phone number 1-708-898-5349. When I answer the phone, they hang up without saying anything. Why do they keep calling, just to hang up. I WILL NOT BE ANSWERING ANYMORE OF THEIR CALLS. Yes, I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST.

Wanted me to get my last com ed bill and compare rates with them and change my electric coverage

I keep getting calls from this number.  Have never answered.  No message left.  They come in "Chicago Heights" on my ID.  I have room for only 30 numbers to block.  Just how do we put an end to this garbage?

    Get calls, ignore same. But here's the real question, plus something _you_ can do.
    The question: If the NSA (National Security Agency) can track every phone call in this country, why don't they take a few hours a week to collect all the spam calls, then arrest the law-breakers who call people on the national Do Not Call Registry?
   What you can do: call up your congressman/woman, and demand they put heat on the NSA to arrest the law-breakers.

i just got a call today from that number asking me if i am a com ed customer i kept saying hello hello hello and at first no one said any thing And fineally they said something and then they hung up what should i do about this please let me know

Got a call from this number today.  Picked up, it looked familiar, nobody said a thing.  I hung up.  Called it back, it was dead.  No ring.  Wish they'll stop!!

I don't know.  I think that "Do Not Call List" is nothing but a black hole.  Everything put in there is never seen again.  It makes the politicians feel good that they set this up and feel good that they've done something.  But the calls keep coming in to everyones phones right?  I've been on the DNC list for years and average 10 calls a week.  I go through the motions of going to the DNC website, entering all the information, yet the calls keep coming.
