Robo-call from "Credit Card Services" trying to scam people out of their credit card info.

Got a call while at work,  do not call me, I'm on the do not call list.

Scam wanting a callback for credit card info. I don't own a cc anyway. On registry but still get this crap.

you realize your not telling the number to not call you right?. This site is people like you who got a random call .. from the same number.... and are sharing info about who called us.  That way ... we can all tell the person calling us to quit calling if someone happens to know what company is doing it. This site ... is not the company that called you

I got a call twice 7 minutes apart. I tried calling it back from another phone and it said the number was not in service. Figures.

Disco is back baby! Another company is dumb enough to start spam calling me, we took down Political Media Inc for the robocalls, guess whois next...


The number shown on the caller ID is 712-266-7699 and the name shown is Northern Natural Gas or Wells Fargo Mortgage" depending on what time they call. All I have found out so far is that the calls are coming through the provider 'Quest Corporation' in Sioux City IA and the originator is a scam company that goes under the name "Card Services" "Card Works" "Credit Card Services" "Cardworks Servicing LLC" "Carson Smithfield"

They have been aggravating the hell out of me and others, since my specialty is digital forensics I spent a couple hours and did some digging. Thought you may be interested.

Is that the number Caller ID displays? When the call is a scam, the Caller ID is typically spoofed. Make sure you go after the evil doer, not an innocent third party.

Refer the call to your telephone service provider so they can identify the actual source. Notify the FTC and FCC as well.

By the way, the innocent third party's service provider is Qwest (not Quest) Corporation. Odds are they have nothing to do with these phone calls.

Didn't recognize the number didn't pick it up- no voicemail left - curious to know who it was I came here. I've since blocked them.

they just called me...ANOTHER SCAM NUMBER...SO ANNOYING...no one wants that

This is a scam robo call trying to get your credit card info.  DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY.  They are saying you can lower your interest rate.  I am on the do not call list.  

REMOVE ME FROM YOUR CALL LIST.

Yep, called me today also. Didn't answer, no message ... now blocked. Idiots. I don't need to be called at 9:00 am when I work the graveyard shift. Let alone call me on my cell phone!!! The do not call list does absolutely no good. I re-registered last week on the DNC list and I have gotten more calls than usual. Why bother.

I received a call from this number on my cell phone.  Really?  It was Rachel from Credit Card Services.  

Scam....block the number as soon as you can

Now it is "Heather from Credit Card Services" as an automated call, speaking in very general terms, because they have absolutely no clue who we are or even if we possess a credit card. They are hoping to obtain all that information from the unfortunate receiver of the call. The more the receiver stays on the phone, the better the chance the scam has of obtaining actual information to commit fraud or identity theft.
