Missed the call; no message was left. Don't know anyone in Iowa. Another law-breaking telemarketer or scammer.

Got another call from 712-775-6963. I picked up the phone, & there was silence on the other end. When I said "hello" there was a beep on the other end and then silence. BLOCKED!

WE get these calls everyday,  all hours of day and night.  From Iowa and we live in PA!!  Don't know anyone in Iowa, and our phone company is blocking these morons from calling again.    If it was so important,  they don't even have the decency to leave a message.    And our caller ID  can't identify them,  it only comes up on the phone as Iowa.

They called twice.  I engaged the 2nd time.  Told me they were from the United States Treasury, operator #18365, and want to help me avoid the impending warrant for my arrest being issued for avoiding to pay my 2012 federal taxes.  Sounded like BS to me so I pushed but they hung up when I asked them to read the the amount on line 10 of the return.  I was right ... BS.  This new phone is great...BLOCKED.
