I've gotten two called from this number and no voice mail was left.  When I called the number back it was a busy sign like it was not in service.  If probably a scam collection company.

Same thing here - on my company cell phone (which is not available or given out). Called back - fast busy signal which probably means the number is not in service or blocked for incoming calls.

they call 5 times a day, every day. no voice mail. no nothing.

I get calls from this number every day of the week, several times a day. They never leave a message on my Callwave but I do get a name ... IC SYSTEM. Last call was on Sunday at 8:50 in the evening.

This is IC Systems, they are calling on behalf of Chase Bank credit card company for past due bills.  I called it back and discussed my bill with them so this is a legit number.

They called me and asked if I still received my mail at a certain PO Box.  When I said I've never had a PO Box, they verified my name and city.  Then they asked for my address.  I didn't give it and asked who they were.  They said, "We have a personal business matter to deal with for you."  Then they asked for the last 4 digits of my SSN.  Again I asked who they were, and he avaoided my question again so I hung up.  I called back and asked the woman who answered what their business dies.  She asked for my phone number.  I told her, "I'm not giving you my information, I just want to know what you do."  Then she said she couldn't give out that info.  Huh?  What company can't tell you what they do?

I called this number back and asked what was the business name and number. It is IC Systems and the number is 800-561-5695.

They call me all day everyday, I don't owe any money to chase or ic systems yet they refuse to remove me from the call list.

They also leave strange messages , on guy said "this is patrick from ic systems, I am calling in regards to a personal business matter...call me back @ 000 000 0000"

I am thinking of sending a cease and desist to them since they will not honer my request to be placed on the DO NOT CALL list for their business.

Very strange company and probably operating illegal transactions.

they call and call but leave no message and when i try to call the number i get a recording that says we're sorry your call can not be completed please check the number and try again
