Receiving threating calls from this number. Always call as unknown number and express has legal documents to submitted and/or citation to discuss....unbelievable!!!!!

Got same call today...as well as my family...it is a scam, beware!! Attempting to scam folks into paying old, old debt although, it's not a legit collection agency! Do not pay them money!! Have been thru this before and they continue to change their numbers to keep scam going! Report them to authorities if they continue!!

Caller ID blocked from "Vic Reynolds" who said he was coming to serve me with legal papers, at work or home, he didn't care.  His VM message was apparently intended to be intimidating, if not quasi-threatening.  When I called the number he left, they answered the phone as "ACP" but would not tell me who the company was or what type of work they did.  I gave them the case number "Vic" left me and when I told them I was not "Kenneth" as Vic said in his message, and when they asked me if the last four numbers of my SSN were 47 something something and I told them no, they said they would amend their records so I would not be bothered anymore.  Trouble is, this is the third time this has happened, and the third time they have made such a promise.  

Rec'd first "private number" call from"Audrey Hunter" a "legal courier" on Tues. 11/12/13 with what had to be the funniest attempt to sound official by adopting a nasally arrogant accent that it made me LOL. Anyhoo she informed me that she had a fax with my name and that if I did not respond to 713-234-1451 by thurs then I was going to be served papers at home or work. If I needed to change my appointment then I needed to contact same number.  She finished her call by saying "you've been warned".. today thurs Audrey and her accent followed up on my number again by saying that she would be coming to see me to obtain my signature today and if i refused she would have to submit to authorities for further action.she finished again by saying this is your final warning. Good she won't be wasting her time on trying to scam money out of me anymore.

They had an automated message when I answered (same number for company shows up that has been harrassing me about an invalid payday loan they claim I owe, refuse to allow me to dispute - there is no deposit of any amount on the date they claim it occurred, and no deposit from any non-verifiable source in the entire month in my bank statement- claiming to be "Legal Courier Services" and to call the number of the company that is, again, harrassing me, 844-696-6461. I have started with filing a complaint with the TX AG's office and will be following up with other agencies. If they were legitimate, they have violated so many FCRA codes I would have the equivalent of my annual income. They are absurd and refuse to even provide an address over the phone for me to provide them with proof I don't owe this debt. Total scammers. If someone actually shows up at my place of work, I'm going to call the police and request they arrest them as co-conspirators in fraud. Unlikely that will happen, but still. Bring it scumbags.

This so called company keeps calling me at my job and asking for me and stating that it contains to business. When anyone asks to help them they say its personal business.  I got the call myself today and said she's not in.....may I give her a msg.?  Yes, please tell her to call 713.234.1451....who does she ask for?  "Chad Turner"  Um-hmmm.  I asked what it was in regards to? Well, Ms. "XXXXX" has been listed on an affidavit.  He was also trying to use his very stearn "big boy" voice.

I got a call saying I owed 989 in debt. So the next day I called to get info on them (address and ect.) and they kept giving me a run around. A guy named Jeff Turner was being so rude when I asked for their info he got so defensive.I told him what they were doing was against the State of Texas Law and then he hung up on me.

Multiple threatening calls about some fictional debt they say I owe and that this is the 'final' call I will get. Trouble was, there IS no debt, no bill, and they left no callback info that was complete(cut off on voicemail). Also, it was a cell that was nearly unknown and rarely used. These 'final' notices totaled about 5 or 6, then they started calling form a blocked number 3 more times with the same message on voicemail, then another 'final chance' from another number(803-310-6032, but still Midway).

This is annoying and should be criminal. If it were a real debt, they could not treat you this way legally.

My, family got unlawful harasing call, this 713-234-1451, stating there, calling galveston county, going file criminal, charges on me, about old debt.. However, I, have pending chapter 7 in, Bankrupt, court, it be in, favor Texas, attorney general, FBI, shut down, this illegal collection, agency, sue creditor s, that , gave out public, information.

Do not contact ,my family,my friends, my job or myself anymore!

No one at this site is calling you.   Invest in a call blocker and don't pick up on numbers you do not recognize.

Most debt collectors are knee deep in debt themselves. Only desperate individuals would even accept such a low grade bottom of the barrel profession.

Operations like this are known for calling outdated numbers. I learned a long time ago that telling them that they have the wrong number does nothing to stop them.

Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

That PO Box has also been linked to Fanelli & Associates, a debt collection company with an "F" rating with BBB
