Scam business

i checked my credit report and saw no late payments or anything. I called the number and the answering machine came on saying that the Magic Jack customer could not be reached at this time. Ummm I think a Lawyer will use a real phone service. Scam

Alana from Precision Processing called stating they were trying to serve me papers at my job or residence. When I called back went straight to voicemail and mailbox was full. SCAM

Just received a call stating that they have papers to be served I hung up because they will not call you

Got call this am and called back answering machine came on
Said they were Atty ugh not

Just got a message from them saying they had papers to serve at my home or office. Went directly to this site since I know I do not owe anyone anything, and there are a few people with my name in this town.  Ignore.

I just got a voicemail from "alana". I called back and it said the number can not be reached at this time.

I received a message on my work phone from this company. I called back and it went to a recording asking me to leave a message.  Called back again, just to see and a girl name Laurie picked up.  I explained I had received a voicemail from them and she asked me what number they called me at.  She looked that number up in the system and asked if I was a specific person.  I said that person didn't work at our company and she said she was removing it from their records, so I wouldn't be called again.

Just received a call from the 713-239-9203.  I said what is this about she said she is calling from a third party vendor and couldn't give out personal information, but she could give me a case# and telephone # 1-800-645-0265, the they represent Tower Consulting Group??.  I right out asked if this was a scam she said no.  She gave her name out as Lori Martinez.  I called the 800# and it continues to repeat the message.   Feels like a SCAM.   also, she said she was calling from Precision Processing...

Legitimate process servers do not warn you that they are  coming.

Got a voice mail from Alannah as well. Said the same things about having documents sent to my job or house.

A female called left the same message..something about serving papers. When I return call it went to there voice mail.
