I get those calls at least 3-5 times a week. No voice mail gets left and I  don't want to call them back from my home or work number because I know that whoever this is will contact me on those lines. Until they leave a message or identify themselves, I will not be calling them back.

I get calls on my cell and I decided to call back on my office phone and I stayed on the line it eventually went to a dead line.  I then decided to call back on my cell and it did the same thing.

I am getting 5 to 10 calls a week from 7132421595 no message, even at night and on Sundays.

They call every day !! Who Cares !!!

Got a call from 713-242-1595 and they left a message to call back but call 866-938-8060.  This was a debt collector calling on a debt for Orchard Bank from back in 1999.  That I paid off in 2000.  The gentleman proceeded to argue with me so i hung up on his ass!

Well, they called me again. This time I answered. I got the usual "please hold for an very important call". After 10 or seconds I get a live human being. She said "Hello, can I help you" (or something to that effect).  I said, I dunno, YOU'RE the one who called me and didn't bother to identify yourself. And if it was so damn important why put me on hold? She hung up.  Guess what? #1 If I get a recording telling me to please hold for an important call, I won't.  I find it discourteous to have to wait for a live human being. Have a human answer the damn phone. #2.  I am not going to play detective and find out who you are and why you called me.  If you want a response from me, leave a voice mail and answer your phone, not give me a prerecorded spiel.

harassing debt collection company.

no matter how many times you tell them you are not "Jane Smith" they're computers keep calling.
"press 1 if you are this person to be connected with a representative; press 2 if you are not Jane Doe".

pressed 2 for 5 months; they kept calling.

they say "we wont call you again".
yeah..we'll see.

They have called incessantly for at least a month.  They did leave a message to call back at 877-251-3771.
My husband called them back and the person who answered told him - in a very hurried and loud voice - sorry for the mistake and they won't be calling us any more!  Then when my husband is trying to get her to be quiet so he could talk to her - she hung up!!!!!  So, he called back again - all the time the phone is on speaker - and she did it again!  The 3rd time, we were put on hold immediately and then a man answered - again talking a mile a minute - assuring us that we were being taken off their system right now and we had no worries!  He kept insisting that the person we spoke with had already done that and he was verifying that it had been done.  The problem was that we had NOT spoken with anyone!  They yelled at us!  My husband asked for his name and his supervisor's name and he refused, saying that he was in an aggressive mode and if we did not leave them along, he would file charges on us!!!  
Somebody needs to put a stop to these people...rudest people I've run up against!

Source RM appears to be a bottom feeder dealing at least to some degree in junk debt.  

They are aggressive callers and use Broadvoice communications.  They are unswayed by the truth in caller id act, and your caller id will normally have either a city name, or "Broadvoice", the name of their phone carrier.  

If you try to call them back, you may appear not to get through, although it is more likely that they are just creating the appearance of a failed call. Your call may be logged by their computer. If you get a person, it is difficult to get any information from the collectors, but the info you need is posted below.

Receive calls from this number now and then. Leaves no message, just hangs up.  If I don't recognize the number, I do not answer.  Waste of time!
