I tried to call these people women are smart mouths when ya talk them,  jonathan a suppose lawyers says he is going to keep calling until I pay. Regents and assoc.   he says that he is a lawyer and I dont know the law.

Jonathan williams   says is the a asst manger.  Then he accuses me of say bad words which  is not true.  said he was a lawyer which is not true either.

And now he wont quit saying ugly words.

They call me everyday, sometimes several times a day and leave messages that are rather rude. They tell me is about pending legal matters and that I need to call them today by 5 PM. One way of getting them to stop calling you is by sending a certified letter to them requesting that they stop calling you. I read this on a website about creditor harassment. It is supposed to be a law that they must follow.

Do yourself a favor and don't talk to them anymore and learn your rights as a consumer - there are a lot of informative websites from people who are fighting for consumbers.

Said they are a law office and trial assistant. What is that, I have never heard of that before.

They keep calling me over and over again saying they have filed a lawsuit against me.

They called and asked to speak to me and said they're trying to contact my neighbor next door. And that was it....kind of strange!

these people keep calling me saying they are atty's and that they are going to file agaisnt me. i told them to send me a statement of what i suppose to owe and they will not.....

I am now getting calls from 713 337-0302 Regent and Assoc. saying they are a law firm in debt collections.  When I call the number, I get a recording that they are debt collectors.  I don't owe them and don't know who they are how they got my number.  Can anyone help?

Ive gotten a call from this number and a letter saying they are a lawfirm but they dont have a website that does not work. This is rude and want them to stop calling since I dont know who they are.

They call me EVERY DAY. I've told them to take me off their list because they are requesting to speak to someone that is NOT ME. I am so fed up and need them to LEAVE ME ALONEEEEEE.

I got a message from this number but, apparently, they have the wrong name and the wrong number. There must be a mix-up with a phone number. It has nothing to do with me.

I got a call from this company today, they said it was Mr. Thompson & that they were an Attorneys office from some Holding s account ( i could not understand what he said) & that they were handling a litigation against me & would send me a card to let me know.I have no idea what they were calling about & what for.

I got a call from this office, his name is Mark Houston and he is a lawyer, asking me if they receive a letter from them which I did not.  They are asking me to verify if I am that person by my Social Security Number and I told them I do not need to answer any information and they can call my lawyer but won't listen to me.  When I am talking trying to give my lawyer's info, they are trying to talk at the same time and told me that they are not calling my lawyer.  So rude.

fdcpacompliance.com is still not up.  stop trying to take advantage of these innocent people.  They just need to pay their bill.

next time he calls you tell him, to hold on while you turn on the recorder...see how quick they hang up..oh and don't forget to ask him "and your a lawyer right?"

I read some of the postings here and some other forums about collection attorneys like this [***] Regent. Based on what I read I tried to avoid this law firm, demanded documents, which they provided (by the way I talked to a judge and he told me that they only need to provide in the first 30 days and if you have ever made a payment the debt is considered valid) and then sued me, got a judgment against me and then put a lien on my account. I should have never listened to any of you guys on this forum and settled for 50% and be done with. Now I am paying 100% plus court cost and this [***]'s attorney fees and dont have access to my bank account and a judgment against my public records. Thanks to all the posters on this forum who ended up costing me a lot. Regent screwed me and you all screwed me by posting ideas like dont pay your debt and ask for this document and that and get one of these other attorneys to file against Regent, now I owe Regent, the court and my own attorney.

I turned the recorder on and this is what happened. I'm losing my job because of this judgment thanks to these idiotic ideas posted here, record calls, ask for documents, dispute the debt, get attorney to fight these blood sucking debt collection attorney, thankyou whosurfreiend, you ruined my life, I owed the debt and I should have paid when I had the money, but instead read people like you:
