I recently applied for loans online; First time in my life. So This afternoon may 21st I received a call from 7133707392 Stating that he is an attorney suing me from online loans from a couple of years ago. I knew right away it was bogus secondary to the fact he stated my new email address and said that is the same emails from 2 years ago. I basically told him to kiss my [***] and mail me whatever he has. I also told him to get in line if you want  to sue me under welcome to america. So anyway he has a strong middle eastern and he told me he has all of my information which I'm sure he does because ever since I applied for online loans different countries have been calling me since. Anyway I really don't know who to report this toO accept all my fellow americans that share the internet with me lol being that these people are obviously attacking the united states.

PS This telephone number has been associated with many other websites as being a scam

This number has called me every single day for the past three weeks.  I answer and it is always the exact same "person" with the exact same wording and tone and everything.  When I have called this number back, it doesn't even ring.  It is silent and then some foreigner answers claiming his name is Frank Murphy (I haven't met a lot of MIDDLE EASTERN men named Frank Murphy).  Now they have started calling my WORKPLACE and I am getting messages from my supervisor and people above her that I have missed calls from this number (I work from home and they are calling the operator at my place of business and asking to speak with me).  They are not pronouncing my name correctly either, so as far as I am concerned - wrong number!  I did apply for a loan online a month ago but never actually accepted the amount I was approved for.  My husband has called this man attempting to reason with him and explain the situation of us having no loan and owing no money to this company, and the man starting yelling at him and said "Your wife? We are gong to arrest her." Then hung up.  WTF!!

This person called my home and cell phone numbers several times in one day, mispronounced my name left me a threatening message on both lines, referencing an attorney named Brackett in Houston. He claims to be Robert Marshall although his grammar, for a supposed attorney, sounds almost like pidgin English. His accent is very thick, may be Carribean or East European, more than likely NOT Indian and his words almost slurry. He said that the call is time sensitive, and threatened that if I do not return the call today, or if he does not hear from my attorney, his message was "the only thing I can do is wish you good luck and the situation completely falls on you."

This man making all these fraudulent calls has obviously been checking out people who have applied for loans online. I did so three weeks ago and turned down an offer.  I regret doing it!!!  Take heed: DO NOT APPLY FOR ANY KIND OF LOAN ONLINE, PAYDAY ADVANCE OR WHATEVER.  These scammers are relentless and rude but laughable in their efforts to sound American and give out an American name.  Sadly, they use a law firm named BRACKETT in Houston.  Don't they know that there is a legitimate law firm with that name?  Or maybe they do, thinking it will scare people into calling them back.

Same situation happened to me and with all my frustrations since I am unemployed long time and barely surviving from day to day and I couldn't help myself arguing about this matter that I am not even aware of. It's just one of the high blood rising irritating calls you ever encounter in a day so I decided to fight back and curse at the person like I didn't even care who he really was even though he said he was an attorney suing me for $5,000 for the $100 loan 2 years back. I cursed and cursed until he finally hung up on me. Sometimes it is good to be nice and polite but people like these terrorizing you don't deserve any respect at all. Bring it on.....

I received a call from an "attorney" at 713-370-7392 who called himself Julian Marshall.  He said that I had received a check from Instacash.usa for $500 in the mail and that there were 3 counts against me for not paying it back.  He said if I don't pay $949.29 within an hour, the fee would go up to $5400.  He gave me the phone # of 607-795-7354 for instacash. I spoke with "Roger Fetch" who stated that I cashed the check at Walmart.  They had all of my information, all of it.I was referred back to the "attorney".
I called the attorney back who advised that they are going to have a warrant issued for my arrest tomorrow if I don't pay. I have reported this to the sheriff and my attorney.  These people are middle eastern and very hard to understand.  I am also going to the state attorney's office.

Same situation..... these people cursed me out, stated that they were going to come after me if I didn't pay.... and that I am a criminal...... but as soon as I told them that I was recording the conversation and that I was at the Sheriff's office with my attorney, they hung up......

This same thing has happened to me several times only the name of the Attorney is Shawn Carter.

Frank Murphy is a persistent caller from this 7133707392 number he said you need to call me back or have your attorney call me back this is a time sensitive matter don't take this lightly you must call back. I never answered the phone and have him on my voicemail and I am tracking and blocking unwanted numbers like this one. Beware there are a lot of scammers with Middle Eastern Accents. If you applied for a pay loan or any kind of loan that is How this people hack into all your information. Be careful Americans. They are attacking the United States.

Let me tell you that I got a phone call from this number while I was at work..so I hung up..well that man called me to work..and boy did he just go off on me for hanging up on him..telling me I needed to get a hold of my attorney due to a law suit against me..I told him I would cuz I sure didn't know him or didn't know anything about no law suit..I knew it couldn't be nothing I did cuz my cellphone number is new and I haven't been long at my job but I can tell you that I was freaking out. And all that for applying for a loan online

Here we go again with these stupid calls from scam people wanting our money the easy way....Stupid people with broken accents not knowing which way is up ...report them to the FBI every time you get a call....

I had this same number call me at my job today, same heavy accent could hardly understand him, stating he needed to talk to my attorney regarding a lawsuit for some payday loan I applied for online and had not paid back.  I instantly laughed because yes I have received a payday loan online, but paid it off several months ago.  He stated that if I didnt make an arrangement with him I would be arrested at my job in the morning.  I told him I wish he would show up at my job and try to arrest me.  I asked which company it was, he said he could not give me that information.  I asked him how much, which account, date of transaction and what email address.  He gave me an email address but it wasnt mine, then he said he could give me no more information.  I informed him not to call me at work again and he said well then be prepared to go to jail.  I said if thats what it takes.  I asked for him to send me something in writing so I would know when and where the transaction took place and he could not do that.  Told me if I interrupted him or hung up I would be in big trouble-that was a challenge to me.  I interrupted him, used my verbal judo on him then hung up the phone!  I am going to report them.  I cant wait for him to call back, because I know he will so I can give him another piece of my mind.

Don't listen to these sceemers, I just don't pick up the phone or let it go to voicemail and delete it.

This company is calling and calling and I know they are not from here. They say that I am being sued and I need to talk to there attorney orelse I will be in big trouble! I said that they can send me whatever papaers they need to and I will deal with it. I did apply for a on line lone and then the calls started to come in wow I just needed a little help and now I have a stocker lol

Don't give these fools any information they have information from my loan app and that should be illegal for the payday loan company to give or sell our information what a bunch of punks. Tell ATF (American Legal services) to kiss your butt they are a scam!!!!

Don't trust them it's all a lie so no worry. I pissed him off lol I said that I was going to find him and kick his [***] for calling me everyday non stop...he stopped lol I will give the number to our AG and ask them to go after ATF is what they call themself's and end him and his bs calls please don't feel you need to talk to this guy and whatever you do don't give him any information and like me tell him he is wrong on what information he has on me.

He did tell me that he was going to call my job and get me fired, but the joke is on him I was laid off a year ago ROFLO But you should just let your supervisor know that some nut is calling you and explan the problem and not take the calls. Take care

I applied for a payday loan and got a 300 dollar loan.My mother gets a call saying I need to call this number.So I call and he says I have three cases against me if I don't pay 1200 within a hour I am going to jail. Monday.he didn't say it was a payday loan till my husband talked to him.he said my account overdrafted.I called police told them they said it Was a scam. the messed up part hey asked me if I had kids I said yes and he asked if I had someone to look after them on Monday.I ended up calling my credit bureau to see if I had negative credit payday loan.I didn't.she said the payday loan people would have to report to the credit bureau before they can do anything legally

I got the same EXACT message today and he also mispronounced my name. Anyone whom I do business with knows the correct way to say my name. I am getting so sick of this crap. Yesterday it was from a number out of CA 760-483-4761 after calling them back to cuss them out the man hung up on me. Then this morning I get a call from 713-370-7392 and it sounded like the guy was calling from his home. You know their mothers must be awfully proud of them.

Just got a call from this number 7133707392 not too long ago.  He said his name is Mike Robinson and he was calling from the Dept of Criminal Justice.  I've never applied for any type of loan online (don't trust), but he keeps saying I DID!  What an a**hole.
