Calls and leaves messages asking to call them saying it's an agent business call about a financial matter. Has been calling for month. My husband spoke to them and they were looking for a person who has nothing to do with this number. They refuse to stop these calls calling early  in the morning and late (10 PM) at night. My husband managed to get their company name from them, and here is what we found

They called atleast 10 times yesterday on the 3rd of May.
On my caller ID it shows up texas call and then the number 713-423-1020.
They are very rude.

Was contacted by 713-423-1020. As soon as we were connected, he said hello and I said hello then we were disconnected. I call the number back to see who it was calling and it was hard to get any info out of the person. They said it was against the law to identify themselves and what they did. When I asked them to site the law that prohibits them, they said they were not allowed to. I managed to get the following info from them.

This private caller has called our home at least twice, that I know of. Most recently, on the 8th of June. The messages that were received have been all very demanding and rude. He leaves only a phone number and no company name, nor his own name to be contacted by. When I have called them back to find out who it was they were trying to reach. They couldn't tell me and of course when they asked for my infor.. I said the same thing...I only thought it was justifiable. I asked them if they had any info. on my phone number they were leaving messages on.. And again they said they were not able to give that info out..At that point we were disconnected abruptly... I wonder why?  I assume they were to be a fraudulent company.. So far the 8th was the last time we spoke and they have called back...

I received a message on my voicemail on monday the june 11th.  Part of it was automated, giving me some number to call but didn't say why.  The message must have started when my voicemail answered as I only received half of it.  After the recorded message ends then there is some lady saying hello several times.
The message said to call 800-218-6371  caller id said it was 713-423-1020.

This is the number I get a phone call from at least twice a day...I don't know who they are and when they leave a message there is no indication of who they are and what they want.  The message is very abrupt and insistent.

This number called me 7 times today for the wrong person!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   I am so angry!!!

Calls and screams this is a debt collector you must call and does not leave a number to call back. My number is on a block list as well.

I received several calls but never called them back until today. They were very nice and removed my number.

this number keeps calling me and hanging up when I answer.  They call 2 times a day every day.

Says he wanted to talk to my husband, and I asked why, and he very snottily said, Ma'am unless you are his wife I cannot talk to you about this matter. I saidm "Yes I am his wife and don't talk to me like a f***er" They have called and called, I finally snapped back with being rude to them.

We've started getting these calls from this same number threatening us if we don't pay up on some unknown debt collector.We owe no-one so we know its a scam. They called twice today..waiting for the next call and taking this info the our local police dept. Everyone needs to beware of these blood- sucking leaches.

Called three times in the past two days to my cell phone number.  I picked up two of the times, and when I did the calls were immediately disconnected.  I just don't understand how they could get my cell phone number...it seems very strange.

We received calls at our business from this number...same type of situation as stated with others receiving calls from this number.  I asked them to remove the number, they were polite and pleasant and she took care of it.  :)

The lady sounded African American and demanded that I call them back.  It is rude and I didn't appreciate that the call came before 10am like everyone says.

We've been getting phone calls about some supposed debt which we don't owe from Buffalo for a while. I guess that this supposed "debt", which we don't owe, has been sold to yet another sleazy company.

I was surprised to see a 713 area code (Houston). Now I find out that these people are also in Buffalo and go so far as to change the area code that they're calling from.

I get calls from 713 423 1020 all the time.  They used to call and were rude over and over and over again.  Most of them I couldn't understand I wish they would go back to the country they belong to.  They were always asking for someone I don't even know.  Now they just call and hang up when I answer.  If I don't answer they don't even leave a message (Hooray)!  I say throw em al in Jail.  We have enough LOSERS phucking with us all the time.
