I am also getting this number on my phone, it is a collect call and the operator would like to know if I would accept the charges.

I accepted this collect call was a man saying he was investigating so problems and it i knew someone that i didn't i hung up before any more time was wasted the number then called back six times.

I just called the Harris County Sheriff's Department they said it's a scam inmates get you to push *72 and just like the message says they charge your phone for calls made later DO NOT EXCEPT THESE CALLS!!!
