Called me a few times and keep leaving the same message.  If you have these so called papers, please just bring them and stop calling me!!!

Same here. My elderly parents got a phone call saying to call this number. The [***] who I just spoke to said he didn't call and didn't want to bother to try to explain to me why my parents are being harrassed. The message said they were "state process servers". Mr. [***] said he was not.

I received the same type call. Who are these people? If they don't hear from me by Friday they will have no alternative but to serve me legal papers. Great I would gladly meet you with the sheriff - not a problem. When serving someone with legal papers or intend to sue them you don't call them in advance. SCAM....Get a real job!

They keep calling. Today said they left another message saying they've exhausted teyig to reach me and would take legal action. Ok, go ahead. If I had something to worry about they would be calling my home work or sending me notices in the mail...none of the above, somehow got my cell phone number.

Just received a call from these people telling me that they are going to come to my home or my job and serve me papers. I advised him to speak to my attorney. After telling me that my attorney didn't concern him, He called me a B**** and hung up. SCAM!!!!

These people calling me with a restricted number, and some kind of accent, and then leave the 7135684554 for me to call them.. So I called no one never answers the phone.  They say I have a loan, but I don't...Say they were coming to my home today between 3-7 and for me to have to forms of ID and not to have any dogs around...These people are crazier than they sound...They can come, but my local authorities will be here to lock their A@@ up too.  These people are SCAMERS...Stop calling and harassing me..

Payday loan scam run by criminals in India. Ignore the calls, They can do NOTHING to you.

Once again they have contacted me.  I asked them to please validate the debt in writing to the address they had on file and then all hell broke loose.   I contacted the Attorney General's office and filed a complaint again.  This is getting ridiculous!!!

Has anyone actually had someone come to their home or work to serve them papers after threatening to do so?  I'm getting tired of these phone messages threatening me.

So I #67 the number and Doug answers. I asked who he was with and he asked who he was talking to. I wouldn't give my name until he told me who he was with and he began to scream at me to not call his office again. So I call again and Jennifer answers. She told me to never call again or she would have harrassment charges filed against me Ha! I said she needed to contact my attorney and she said that's fine have him call about the bad check I wrote. People, I have never written a bad check in my life and if I had, the state procecuter would be handling not some bogus collection company.

I got a message from "Jennifer" too the other day.  According to the message if they didn't hear back from me they would come to my home or place of employment on Monday.  Well, Monday I was home all day and guess what no one ever showed up.  These [***] need to get real jobs.............

I'm tired of these people calling.  Today they said that they would be coming between 4 and 5 and to let them know if I wouldn't be available.  They would be serving me with a summons for my court case.  I believe they have also been contacting my family members.

i have been getting alarming calls from this number with some pretty out racious threats. i wish to let every one know if a company or person can not provide a signed contract with your signature on it they have no case in the court of law. they need to valadate and have proof that has your name on a contract. the un wanted calls need to stop from unwanted scamers and action needs to be taken against them. so sad that what comes around gos around. hope they injoy the turn about when all of these people file action against them.

This # continues to call and leave messages on my cell.  They do not ask for a particular person they just say call back to speak with one of their Paralegals!!!!!  WHATEVER!
