    Just got this call while making dinner.  Hands in raw chicken; so didn't answer!  Three rings and shut off.  Caller ID said "VETERANS AFFAIRS".  Likely yet another PHONY Veteran "charity" PHISHING SCAM.

    We give to NO ONE who COLD CALLS us; no matter how good, sympathetic nor 'legit' it sounds or seems.  We seek out whom we want to give to and check them out thoroughly before we part with our hard earned money.  Too many SCAMS out there.

    Junk calls
    Had someone in a super heavy Indian accent call from this number at like 10:30 in the morning, very aggressively trying to sell me Viagra/Cialis "at up to 90% off".  Woke me up to do this, and didn't care that he did - he continued to try to push the Viagra/Cialis until I hung up on him.

    Suspect this same entity tried to call again today from 713-587-8254.  Notice the VERY SIMILAR pattern of numbers; just a few transposed to get around our Call Blocker.

    Caller ID said "HOUSTON, TX" this time.  We picked up/immediately hung up w/o answering to break the call and 'confuse' the robodialer (hopefully.)  Another to BLOCK and REPORT.
