They say irs is sueing me for tax reason but I file every year without a problem. They also want send me any paper work in the mail about this situation.

It's a scam.Been going on for a while.The IRS has nothing to do with it and has warned the public about these calls

I got the same call from the same number. When i asked for a supervisor they hung up.... lol. I wonder where they get your phone information from.

They leave a message that I am being sued by IRS.  total scam. Called multiple times over the course of a week

I have received this call before, but my daughter just called me in a panic.  She files her taxes religiously.  I called the number back, and a busy phone center sound came on the line, then a male voice with an east aAsian/Indian accent said, this is the IRS.  How may I direct your call.  I told him that the police were tracing this call and not  to call any more.  Then I hung up and called my local police station.  The dispatcher told me to report this call to the IRS on their website.

Indian accent, he hung up in a hurry though. First call was a recording. It said there was a lawsuit from the IRS against me.

Yes called and left a msg saying they are going to file a lawsuit they were apparently Indian and were going to have me arrested and I was going to court. and I would be arrested. When I started asking questions they really got antsy and hung up,.

Received a call/message from this number saying the IRS was suing us.  We file on time every year.  When I called it back, it had a ring tone like a computer.  No answer.

I got a robot call from the "IRS" saying that I am being sued for income tax evasion.

I just got this call and did not answer because it said "Out of Area".  They left a recorded message saying, just like rest, that the IRS is suing me.  I knew this was a scam so I did not call back.

I called 713-714-5831 the first time and was unable to understand the man's accent.  When I asked him to clarify what he said he hung up?  I called back and this time the same man just said, "IRS".  Sounded like a telemarketer working out of India?  I explained I received a message to call this phone number and the heavily accented man explained I was being sued by the IRS!  I asked for more explanation and this time he said I was being audited for 2008-2013 taxes and I owed $2900.00 in back taxes!  Ironically, we had just received a letter from the IRS explaining that our taxes were paid in full.  The man then said,"Do you understand?"  I did not reply and he hung up.
