This phone number was used by a collection company called Anderson Randolph and Price.  They called my friend saying they were trying to collect $82.95 that was owed to Portraits International.  They wanted her to pay them with another credit card or to Western Union it!!!  My friend called Portraits International to check on the amount & it was only $12.95 due for a sitting fee she never went to.  So she called the collection agency & again
C. Jackson-the rep who called her-(only knows last name) threatened to report her to the Credit Bureau if she didn't pay the $82.95.

I've been getting calls from this # also.  I finally answered the call and was told  they were trying to collect $82.95 that was owed to Portraits International.  They wanted me to pay them with another credit card. Curtis Jackson then threatened to report meto the Credit Bureau if I didn't pay the $82.95.  I refused and hung up.  I put a call into Portraits International but didn't hear back from them yet. I'll try calling again tomorrow.

Portraits International never tried contacting me to say I owed them anything.  Why would they hire a collections agency to collect moneies I already paid??? Sounds phishy...

Calls all the time about something in Houston,tx never been there. Say it's about my Jag. don't own one and never have.

I just received a call from this [***] too. He said he was calling about a complaint that I had filed.  I asked him what type of complaint and he said he couldn't tell me unless I gave him my phone number. I told him he should have the freaking phone number since he just called it. I just looked in the mirror and "STUPID" is not tatooed across my forhead.

I just receive asking for Sr. for the second time this call from Anderson Randolph & Price about a complaint that I had filed but the first one was about some $82 I owed and then the second one was about a complaint. This last one she said her name was Sally and to tell Sr to call this No. 713-776-3415. I think I'm going to call the FBI and report this problem.

Robert Stovall's recorded message has been left on my machine a couple of times.  I don't have any idea of any claim of which I should have an interest.  Sounds like a scam or they are grasping at straws and trying to locate a deadbeat with a similar name.

I keep receiving phone calls from 713-766-3415 each time it is from a different person stating that it is imperative that I call back by a certain time. None of these callers have stated who they work for or what the supposed important call is about. In one call when I played back the message the female states I recovered your money then says her name is Barbara Strong and leaves a call back message. Each person says to call the following number 1-866-776-3415. The four names used so far have been Patty Jones, Mrs. Green, Barbara Strong, and John Roberts. Some of these calls have been received within minutes of each other. When I called the number back to find out who was calling the person that answered said Anderson Randolph & Price. I cannot find any information on this company. I have been through ID theft before and this sounds like some sort of scam.

I get calls weekly on my answering machine stating that a claim has been filed against me and they need my side of the story.  That I should call 713-776-3415 or press "0" because it is important that they get my side of the story.  Have no idea who this is and if any legal claim had been filed, a recording would not be used.   They say it is from Robert Stovall.  I think this is a scam!!!  I never call back.

I also get this call a few times per week. I get the same message that "no name" list. That there is a claim that has been filed and they need my side of the story. I haven't called them back and wont. The number that comes up is 713-776-3415.

This place called me today at 6pm saying my husband owed a company called TMC orthopedics $82.95 for a figure 8 procedure. I looked up TMC orthopedics, and they are a company that makes prosthetic limbs. My husband has no prosthetic limbs nor has he ever been to the doctor for a broken bone. TMC orthopedics was closed but I will attempt to get some sort of itemized bill tomarrow.

I just received a phone call on my home phone and cell phone from 713-776-3415.  I did not answer because I did not recognize this area code.  No message left.  I suspect telemarketer but after reading the posts I am not suspect debt collector or scam artist.  I do not have any outstanding debts that I can think of, but it bothers me they have both of my phone numbers.

I'm getting calls from and I was told to call stating that a claim has been filed against me and they need my side of the story.  That I should call Robert Stovall's - I did some research with BBB and just copy and paste the following from their web site "processed a total of 12 complaints about this business in the last 36 months, our standard reporting period. Of the total 12 complaints in the last 36 months, 5 of those were closed in the last 12 months." Company info Anderson,Randolph, and Price (Collection Agencie) 10039 BISSONNET SUITE 385 713)776-3415 HOUSTON , TX 77036 - I think the mentioned company is a scam to rip off people.

Robert Stovall is still trying to contact me about a claim. Same recorded message left on my machine.

I am receiving harassing phone calls from this number several times a week. They leave messages on my voice mail, giving different names for response. Today I didn't see the number on my caller id, so I picked it up.  The person said he was Rick Griffin, and that he was trying to collect a debt from TMC Orthopedics.  I told him I did not owe any debt to TMC Orthopedics, and that the debt they thought I owed was beyond the statute of limitations.  He said if I did not pay it immediately, it would go against my credit record. I said I would sue if they did that. He continued to tell me how I could pay it with a credit card, or by Western Union, blah-blah-blah, so I hung up.

I called back a few minutes later to ask for their address, so my lawyer could write them a certified letter. He said he could give me the address to mail in the payment, but they did not handle disputes at this number.   Then he put me on hold, so I called back.  They answered the phone "Anderson Randolph Price", and said the call was being recorded. When somebody came on to take my call, I asked if the call was being recorded.  He didn't answer that question, but asked my name.  I told him my name, and told him I needed the address so my attorney could write to them about their harassing phone calls.  He asked if I had business with them.  I said no, but they seemed to think they had business with me.  Then I realized he was trying to get me to say that I had business with them, so he could get around the "do-not-call" rules.

This company has also called my house several times. They are a debt collection company and they are legitimate. The bill I received from them besides the phone calls states that they have a Administration Fee of $72 on my letter. They are very persistent. You might not want to ignore them if you do have any chance of a bill being late.

Also I noticed that someone was talking about TMC Orthopedics this company does more than artificial limbs they have such things as you would use for home physical therapy.

Anyway I just thought someone would like to know that I found the company to be real and maybe not to be ignored. Hope this is helpful.

I just received a phone call from 713-776-3415, with a recording to my voice-mail.  I looked this number up on 800notes, and saw that it was a collection agency with the name Anderson, Randolph & Price.  I called the number back, and they did acknowledge they were a collection agency, and were looking for a woman who must have had my phone number many years ago (more than 7).  I told them there was no such person, and they agreed to delete my number from their call list.  They sounded sincere, but we'll see what happens!

keep calling me for a "Duffy".. I keep telling them they have the wrong number, but guess they do not believe me, all they have to do is type in my phone number and it will give them my name ...

We keep getting phone calls from this number telling us that someone has filed a claim against us.  I refuse to talk to a recording and will not call the number back as we don't owe anyone anything! Our number is on the national do-not-call list therefore we should not be getting these kinds of calls.

Anderson, Radolph, & Price called me from a claim from over 5 years ago. They have info like my street address but I never used this address for mail because we had to use the Post Office for mail.  They could not even give me my correct name. I think these are charges that my HMO did not cover and now they are tryint to get me to pay.  It is ridiculous that they can wait 5 years to claim I owe them money!
