this place has called my work 5 time today home 4 times
trying to pass them as an attorney office
can you say scam artists wanted all my personal information
ss dob also threatened to have all my possesions removed from my appartment whaen i am at work

called my home to say I will be arrested if I don not pay this claim

these people called me today 6/19/2009 telling if I did not make a payment
today I will be facing arrest.

These people called my In-Laws and said they were from Duwals Law Firm and needed to speak to me right away and said they had left messages at my work and on my cell phone.  My cell has no voice mail and no one called my work.  Then they called my sis in law and said they were from IRS District Attorney.  I already looked them up and knew they were lying but if you go to the BBB and look up this phone number, it shows Compass Bank in Houston.  They are scammers and liers and when/if I call them back I will inform them of the Fair Debt collection act they are violating and that instead of them coming after me for a payment, I will be coming after them.

DUE TO RECENT SCAMS (GOOGLE/GRANT INFO/ PAYDAY LOANS ETC) I ALWAYS TRY AND VERIFY PHONE#S AND COMPANY NAMES BEFORE CONTACTING ANYONE AND PROVIDING PERSONAL INFORMATION. EVERYONE TRYING TO MAKE A DOLLAR.
ANY CALLS FROM WEIRD NUMBERS THAT YOU DON'T KNOW ALWAYS CHECK THEM OUT FIRST BEFORE RETURNING CALLS BACK. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTIST AND SHOULD BE LOCKED UP. IF SOME ONE LEAVES A MESSAGE WITH A CASE NUMBER ONLY AND NOT WHAT REGARDS TO DON'T RESPOND, OR IF THEY HAPPEN TO GET ME I SAY SEND ME SOMETHING IN THE MAIL. IF YOU HAVE MY WORK NUMBER YOU HAVE MY STREET ADDRESS. BOTH HAVE BEEN THE SAME FOR THE PAST 6YEARS.

Left a number to call back (713-777-2500 )gave his name (Mr. Jackson), his direct extension (249), and a file number, says it's attorney general blah blah irs.
Checked my caller ID and discovered this man called from several different numbers, with the same message (281-645-5621 & 281-751-3113),(I checked unfamiliar calls on my phone). Never said what is the purpose of his call.

Got a call from this number and they had all my bank info. and said they called my bank, they had work work info. and said I took out a loan, but there is no record on my side.  They said they will have to sue me for criminal charges, and wished me good luck.  This is the second type of call.  They also said they were a law office.

this lady called my cell phone number and my fathers saying they were the first internal revenue law firm office. my dad was worried enough to call me and have me listen to the msg. the irs does not call cell phones and not the home phone.

They need to stop calling, I have no idea who they are

yes, mother in law keeps fielding phone calls from this company, they represented themselves to her as the "IRS" which is false. so they told me they would serve my husband papers at work and knew where we last lived. but this could be fraudulent, not sure yet, but aggrivated so about this. says its a felony transaction, i say for them to laugh themselves to the bank...my husband gave them a debit card and for the day supposed to take out nothing was sent through and they are blaming him for it not working, hello....it was a pay day...it would have gone through...scam artists i think....for another thing how did the bill from two mo ago go from 400 to 1,263? tell me that! thinking since Houston is down the road might want to go have a chat with these people....

My sister got several calls from this Number, they even called her work harrassing her.  When I called Ms. Ghram answered the phone pretending to be a secretary, put me on hold and then put me through.  We had my sister on 3 way.  My sister gave her permission to deal with me from now on because of the mental anguish she has caused her.  She had my sister in tears to the point my sister was literally afraid to speak.

I then began to ask her questions.  I also asked for the last two recordings of her conversation with my sister.  I also told her I had a legal right and that if not then I would have my lawyer supeona the phone conversation.  I also requested the conversation Ms. Grham (if that is her name)had with my sister's employer to also be sent.

She then asked me why because she had nothing to hide.  I told her my attorney wanted to hear the conversation himself she had with my sister.  She then said she didn't want to speak to me anymore and that the conversation was over.  I then told her my sister will be sending her a Power of Attorney form that states in this matter I will be speaking on her behalf regarding this bill any all inquiries should be sent to me.  My sister had the legal right to do that.

Again Ms. Fictious Ghram knew better than to have anymore dealings with me.  I also explained if she harrassed my sister any further other than a ligitimate document that is to be sent through the mail, any and all phone messages and calls had to be documented or we would record the conversation and we will make them aware the conversation is being recorded.

What do you think happened next?  She hung up on me :)  All of this occured with no screaming, no yelling and no threats were exchanged.  Ms. Ghram knew at that point she would be introuble if she came close to a threat.

he called my cell phone once a day and my work #, he was saying need to call him back and giving me a case #, i dont even bother to call him back
they better stop calling and pretending an attorney or IRS.

I have been getting phone calls from Ms Graham too. She says she's going to faxing me something to my work and has called to see if I have recieved it. This has been going for about 3 hours now and still no fax!! What type of case does "Ms. Graham" have pending against your sister? She said mine was a pay day loan with DJR Group... I have never had a pay day loan from this company! or any other company for that matter...

i received a call telling me they had my information and a returned check,not answering any questions that i had asked . The man on the other end started to threat me.Funny thing is I was going to my lawyers office today I let them know and I was told that they can not do that.

I got the same call myself today and called here back not to call here again

TODAY IS 9/11/09 AND THIS IS A LOAN COMPANY WHICH CHANGES THE NAME ON THE CALLER ID IF THEY COULD DO ANYTHING THEY WOULDN'T BOTHER HARASSING PEOPLE. AND BY THEY WAY THEY CALLED ME AND I'M NOT EVEN THE PERSON THERE LOOKING FOR!

they called and left me a message same as the others.  I' not responding and if they call again I will let them know I am reporting them to the IRS as well as filing a complaint with the federal credit bureau.

I just got yet another phone call from ms graham! at work nonetheless... I told her last time she called me at work to make it the last time! She told me today that I should win an academy award because I have told so many lies to her about this "account". :) I told her thank you and that the only lies that are being told is by her and her "boss" Mr Porter! And also that this was the LAST time I would ask her not to call my place of employment or the next time she'd be hearing from my attorney!!SHE HUNG UP!!! :)
