I am addiong Franks personal information to every phone list I can access online, and posting it on every site associated with this number or call center as a public service. Frank is harrassing people, this is a crime, and he should be punished.- Your suggesting that what Guttermaxx is doing is "criminal" is libelous. Guttermaxx LP operates within the strict guidelines of the FTC and has never had a complaint.
You need to get your facts straight. Furthermore if you have a problem with these calls simply get on the Fed list. FTC.GOV Jeez...it really is that easy. Don't you have better things to do than complain about something that can be so easily fixed? - WOULD A MODERATOR PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME WHY THIS POST WITH MR FULCO'S HOME NUMBER AND ADDRESS INFORMATION APPEARS AT LEAST FIVE TIMES ON THIS PAGE. ONCE IS LIKELY ONE TIME TOO MANY. GUTTERMAXX OPERATES AS A LEGAL ENTITIY. THE ORIGINAL POSTER HAS ADMITTED TO HARRASSING MR. FULCO AT HIS HOME. FURTHERMORE HE IS GUILTY OF LIBEL AS NONE OF HIS CLAIMS ARE TRUE. PLEASE EDIT ACCORDINGLY.
- Mr. Fulco is harassing people in their homes. Including me. Turn about is fair play. He obviously has no business with any of us. He got me on the phone and hung up after I asked "who's calling?". That's harassment.
This has nothing to do with Guttermax. It is about this Fulco person. No one is condemning Guttermax. Just Fulco. I think he has a mental problem.
- First, I am on the Do Not Call list. Secondly, a statement on here by Jack Heath states that their phone system is not capable of dialing a number twice in one day... If that is true, then why have I received three phone calls within 5 minutes of each other from the same number. Thirdly I have answered each call from this number to have heavy breathing and then a hang-up after I greet the caller politely. According to my phone company, these calls can be considered harassment once the caller is informed they are not to call back, even if they do not verbally reply. I have, previously informed the caller of this and will be following up accordingly.
