Caller with indian accent said there is a warrant for my arrest but he is asking for my name. I asked his name , he said its Carl Henderson and he works with the Federal Government Investigation Unit. He was calling from Houston Texas. I told him I will report him then he hung up.

Got a similar call from an "officer Dan ????" couldnt understand him because his accent was too thick, but he sounded hispanic. He had my last name, but wrong first name... sounds pretty phishy

I had the same thing, definitely a scam. Called back with a blocked number (*67 prefix), went straight to voicemail, and it even sounded more fraudulent. Reported to IRS.
