Received a call from this number telling me this was IRS and I owed them money! Scam!!!!

Received several calls today with him saying he was from IRS and I owe money. I said i don't believe you. He said if i hang up the phone. The police would come arrest me. I said ok tell them to come on. I hung up then immediately got a call that read on caller id as emergency call from 911. Uh ok. Then he called me again. Omg so annoying..

A few calls from this number that I haven't answered.  I have received voice mails from a similar number claiming to be the IRS, so same scammers trying a different number.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

I got a call giving the name Officer Jason Clark and a badge number telling me that if I didn't call back, then police would be sent to my home to arrest me... If you're going to use the name Jason Clark, don't have a thick middle-eastern accent.  Too funny, sad that people fall for this type of stuff.

Rec'd call saying he is officer Patrick Cooper ID #: 16108, and i have a law suit with IRS...I did talk to him...letting him know ...It is a scam and his number is listed on the internet as scam..He said he is from Washington DC...I told him he wish...haha...he have an accent ..
Area code 713 covered the entire southeastern quadrant of Texas, from Galveston to the Brazos Valley.

Look out for these calls Officer Jason Clark and Patrick Cooper...SCAM!!!

Received a voice mail from a woman with a thick Indian accent who said her name was Jessica Watson. She claimed to be from the Internal Revenue Service "Department", and said that I owed money and was supposed to call her back at 713-931-5197. Glad to find out that it is indeed a scam.

scam   same thing  Telling me I have warrents out for me   they called twice two different numbers   I blocked them

I received a call yesterday from 713-931-5197 from the IRS office of Patrick Cooper.  After I listened to the voice mail I called back a few times and have not gotten a response.  Thanks to reading other people's posts I know this is a scam in progress..

Received call as well from 713-931-5197 and assumed immediatly from message/accent of caller (so thick can barely understand them)  that was a scam after listened to message. Blocked the number.  Got another message from 866 978 8483 with a more detailed/urgent message.  Blocked that as well.  Hopefully that is the end of it - but will continue to block as needed.  I don't answer calls unless from a number I know - let my VM pickup for just those reasons.

Call from "IRS" scam

message was from Richard Lewis! Heavy indian accent! He hung up on me after i told him i wouldnt pay!  Said the police will arrest me.   713-931-5197   I R S scam!!!

jus receives another from a jason clark. Same heavy accent with the same threats.  Block this caller from your phone!

Got a call from "Jessica Watson" today.  Said she was from the IRS and it was a very time sensitive matter.  Very thick indian accent. She wished me good luck if I do not return her call.  Haha, what a bunch of crap.

I received a call stating I had been audited and that I owe 3998 dollars.  He demanded $500 or he was going to call and have a warrant put out for my arrest.  

same thing  as all the post guy demanding money indian accent gonna have me arrested.

Richard Lewis?  He stopped doing comedy and went to work for the IRS?   Strange.

been calling this fool back all day, called and reported to IRS fraud division.... looking at this post... the guys been doing it for months and no resolution. the only way to battle back is to keep calling him and tying up his lines!

Same thing here...left a message and I have no intention on calling back.

Got a VM from Jason Clark. Said he was from the IRS, badge number 16108. This is a scam. Heavy middle eastern accent. Strange they are able to use the same number and names and it continues as long as I see from these posts. Just blocked the number.
