this call was recieved Twice in the space of two minutes.

same recording...hung up before they finished....just the number on the id...no other info

This number showed up on my cell. I answered the ring and there was only dead silence. Called the number back and got busy signal each time.

They've called my cell twice. Both times there was no response on the other end. When I called back there was just a voice mail.

I kept getting calls from this number and no one on the other end. I finally ignored the calls and the they left a message with a 1-800 number it was Household Finance Auto Loans Collections or a company collecting for them. I ignored them for a couple of months and they stopped calling.

They called twice in one morning, the first time they hung up when I answered, the second time they asked for my sister. I said she was asleep, and they hung up. Looks like a company called GC Services that provides no contact info on their website.

I got a call from this number. It hung up before a could answer. I called it back a couple of times and got no answer. The Caller ID as shown on my phone was "Operations Div". I have no idea...

They called wanting to speak tp Latasha. Ten minutes later they called from another source that didn't register on caller ID.

called me 3x today.  i finally answered and they asked to speak with Scott Blevins.  told them they had the wrong number so hopefully that'll be the last i hear from them.

I have been getting calls from these folks asking for a person I do not know. I have identified myself and informed them to stop calling to no avail. I investigated via the web and found out that the number 713-981-5008, Operations Division, is only an outbound number that belong to the GC Services, which is a debt collection agency. Their number is 1-800-727-5848. I recommend you call and file  a complaint. You can also file with the FCC.

They call and leave a message."we have a very important message for you please call 1-800 897-0281".But my caller ID show a different number 713- 981-5008 I call back they said GC Financial service they want me identified myself and my phone number. I ask them " for what?" they don't answer and I hang up.

When you call to file a complaint, no matter how calm you are, they hang up on you.  I got "this number was removed quite some time ago ma'am", and when I told him that it obviously was not since I'd been getting daily calls, he hung up.  I don't even know the person they're trying to reach!!

Best to just block the number all together.

Called early Sat a.m.  When picked up call, the woman asked for Priscilla.  I told her she had the wrong number and asked who she was with......she just hung up.  I tried to call back to make sure I was on the DoNoCall list.  Just rings and rings, no answer. Caller ID noted Operations Division.

I get 3-4 calls a day from this number.  When the phone is answered no one is on the line nothing is said.  When the machine answers, again, nothing is said.  When trying to call back, phone rings for 5 minutes and then disconnects.  Caller ID says Operations Division.  I have no business with this 'company' and would appreciate it if the calls would stop.  If they are going to call my house at least have the decency to say what you're calling about.  Stop harassing!!!!

Seen a few calls coming into the business from here. The name alone gave me pause. Just to satisfy curiosity, I answered it just once. Picked up, and I got that system click, the sound of a computer hanging up. Pretty lousy auto-dialer if ya ask me.

Tried calling back, and it just rang and rang and rang. No pick up, no voicemail, nothing. Not sure who, what, or why, and I'd like to find that out....and then get on their internal do-not-call list.

Just sucks that a phone number registered as a business can't get any protection from the National Do-Not-Call Registry. Oh well...

I called the number there, told them I'd been getting a call from a number that would hang up upon answering. She transferred me to a different department. Next person, I told them the same thing, and the number that had been calling. She used that number to transfer me to one of the reps. The hold time was about 10 minutes, and I suspect that's why the auto-dialer hung up on me; no available agents.

I spoke to the agent, gave her the number that was called, and she told me who they were looking for. I managed to ID him as a previous employee. Told them what I knew, and she noted it. I imagine we wont be getting any more calls now.

But yeah, looks like GC is a company hired as an outsourced call center for a debt collection agency. They're just doing what they were hired to do by their client. You can probably mark this number down as a debt collector.

My caller ID has shown this number 41 times over a two week period.  The calls come all hours of the day and night and even wake my small children. How do I make it stop?
