It's either one of the OC "Your Local Air Conditioning Company" or the Solar Power Scammers (or maybe one company that does both scams) that are using spoofed phone numbers that being with 1. Here is a list of all of them that I have received. Again, I suspect it is coming from the same scammer.

You're SO RIGHT to call these guys "rodents": mine always hide behind "Name Not Found"; at least you have the idea of some A/C company.

NAME NOT FOUND at 2:09pm on March 21, 2014

I got a call from this number today.  I had to say "hello" twice before anyone said anything.  He asked for someone living here (and mispronounced name).  When I asked where he was from he repeated his demand to speak with the other person.  I again asked who it was.  He said "Chris Johnson."  I then asked what company he was calling from and he hung up.

Would not identify reason for call...I hung up and received a call back from Carol and was called a [***].  Tried to return the call and number no longer in order.  Very rude individual and would love the opportunity to respond to Carol.

If someone could just get their company name (or who they claim to be) it would speed the process of identification and location to aid in the prosecution effort. Yes, with this info and some "Dark Forces" procedures, some of these scumbags are getting found out and nailed with some HEFTY fines!

I receive a lot of calls on this number, 714-134-6229. Missed calls, etc. Today, I was working from home, and the person asked for Mr. Brian MacDonald or Mrs. MacDonald. I said, "Who is this?" Response: "This is a courtesy call. Who is this?" I said something to the effect that I live here, and if you're selling something please put me on your Do not Call list." They went on to say get crazy upset, and said, "Watch out lady. I know where you live [***]."

If someone could get a company name from these rodents and post it here, I know where to forward the info and actually get some action on these idiots. When I asked them several times before I got NOMOROBO, the best I could get out of them was "Your Local Air Conditioning Company". Now when they call, I only get a half of a ring and they are automatically zapped.
They call at least 2 or 3 times a week.

This number as well as others constantly call...sometimes twice a day...  Just put them in your contact list and assign a no ring to them as a customized ringer.... then forget them for a year.. its easier than trying to block the calls with a service.

No ID on my phone. I never pick up, but wait for message on machine.  Caller hangs up as
soon as ansering system clicks on.  This caller calls several times a week.  I will add to my
BLOCK list.
