Automated call about my application being approved for a $1,500 payday loan.  Funny - I don't remember applying for one!    :-)

Called about a payday loan. Never have applied nor live in that state.

I recievd the same call about a payday loan its definetly a scam an now there busted what morons

just received 3rd suspisious call atomated voice said I was approved for a $1500.00 payday loan...only I never applied. scam

I was searching jobs on line and filling out applications and I received a call saying I had gotten a Cash advance Loan . I told this person I did not get a loan and they hung up. I was stupid and called the number back and they did not answer. They are out of Los Angeles Ca Can not find a name.

Just received a voicemail about being approved for a $1500 pre-approved payday loan.  Of course, I had no idea what they were talking about.  Called number to find out how they got my information.  Someone with a foreign accent picked up and asked how they got my information.  They told me not to worry about it.  Asked to speak to a supervisor and they said there wasn't one.  I asked again and the person told me to shut up and hung up on me.  

Stop calling!!!!

No one here is calling you.   The scammers may or may not read this forum.  Invest in a call blocker.

I received a call today from 714-200-1417 and the automated voice said I was pre-approved for a $1500 loan from Payday Loans.  I never applied and I simply hung up.  I tried calling the number back but the number wouldn't ring.  it's a scam.

Don't believe anything they say if I had known someone was going to sell my information I would havegiven them time service number

No message left as I routed the call to voice mail. Since I didn't recognize the number and didn't remember calling anyone in California, I thought it would be a scam and chose not to answer.

These pay day scammers had slowed down but they are picking up again.  I play a nice telephone recording for them that says "This number is disconnected, please try your call again".  Funny, they never try their call again. Creepus.

I answered in Spanish and they just hung up.

I asked the same thing after receiving 12 calls in less than24 hours! The guy (sounded like he was from India) was very rude and said don't worry about it-it's none of your business! I actually signed up for a job site as well!

I got this call. Called back and told them that I never applied, so why were they calling. The guy (foreigner as well) said "after this call you will not get another call from us, goodbye". I said "No, not goodbye. Why am I getting this call?". His response was "Sir... Ummmm *click*"

I also was searching for jobs online as well.

I received a call saying that i was approved for a 1500 dollar payday loan asking me for a credit card with at least one dollar on it

I got a call but I did apply and I gave my information it was stupid of me but I'm a single mom in a crisis but after the initial call I called back and told the 3 times to cancel and take my information off the system. If the calls are recorded do they do it? I feel like a fool but I'm in need and I don't know what to do. Can someone please answer me. Again I told them to cancel and that I didn't want the loan is that enough to stop them? The numbers I have are 714-200-1417 and 818-394-8335
