Called my cell phone did not leave a message.

This number called my cell phone. I did not answer, they did not leave a message. I don't know who they are.

Phoned number using ID blocking. Answered with message saying they were affiliated with Google and regarding free Goog web site for business.

Fraud. Avoid. If you answer, do not engage in conversation with this entity. Record time, date, phone number and report to DNC registry.

Claim they are part of google places.  Obviously a scam.  They want $395.00 to be listed with Google's free service.

Received call on May 18 around 7:20 pm, the person with very heavy accent introduced herself as a representative from Global Exchange, This wasn't first time they are calling me with different kind of offers and I've asked them before not to call me anymore. This time I was very upset and asked her name and told her that I will report her company. She started to make fun on me and she gave me fake name (male name) and started to laugh. This is very frustrating and I would like to know if there is anything could be done against this harassers.

Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

Got a call on Sunday night at 8:15.  Very heavy accent telling me I won a vacation.  FRAUD

Called but did not leave a message.  When I tried to return call, it gave me the busy/blocked tone.

Got several call from this number. Each time no message left. I do not know any one in Anaheim, CA area. But, one time I call that number back. No one answer. Just strange beep sound and I hung up.
What a waste of time.
If they want to sell someting, they should spend more effort on sales activity. I guess they do not know about sales. Such is life.

Called saying they were from Direct buy and said i won a free android tablet. TOld them I was busy and hung up.

Showed up on my cell.   Idk who. What or where
