Scammers.  Tell you they are a collection agency.

Got a call from this number saying it's from some law firm,that they have received my complaint and they need to hear from me voluntarily.  I cannot understand the law firm.

I've been called before from these 'law firms".  I've been getting calls for an one account I've been paying from like 3 other of these firms.  Half of this stuff isn't even on my credit report anymore.

These 2 numbers  714-202-9892 and 714-202-9893 belong to Robert Brock and Joseph Morgan.  The are VERY rude and forceful.  They had my last 4 SS numbers and a very old debt that was already paid.  They had an old address to someone I knew and said it was my address.  They demanded 3000 for a US Bank debt.  I told them I want their web address or email address.  They said they didn't have a website and would email me later.  I asked for their address over and over, finally got it from the "Legal administrator" Joseph Morgan.  The address turns out to be a P.O. Box at a UPS Store registered to The Brockton Capital Group under Christopher Ganahl.  The address they gave me was 30251 Golden Lantern, E-364 or B-364 Laguna Niguel, CA 92677.  This is a SCAM.  I called and spoke to an agent from US Bank, they do ot work with this company..  There are many complaints about this fraud.  They even go as far as giving you the number to US bank probably in hopes that you won't call to check up.  DON'T Fall for this SCAM!!

Same situation they called me up threatening to take me to jail over a U.S. bank debt that never existed!!! These people must be hurting lol maybe people are getting smarter then them and actually catching on to their bs lol yeah better change your name because when anyone types that into google nothing but RED FLAGS pop up!! BEWARE!!!!

The scammers called my cell, my work, and even my HR Manager!! someone named Janice Martinez claims there has been a lawsuit filed against me. They have no details, no facts, but want to 'settle' this lawsuit over the phone with a payment. These scumbags troll public records looking for victims! It's so sad to see that this type of scam happens with no regard or punishment. Hey Janice, come to my home and 'serve' me... please.
