that number is trying to contact an edward avery born in 1979.  Would not connect me to anyone to remove my number from their list. I DO NOT WANT ANY PHONE CALLS FROM COLLECTION AGENCIES UNLESS THEY BELONG TO ME......DO NO CALL AGAIN. IDENTIFIED THEMSELVES AS LEGAL SUPPORT. WOULD NOT GIVE ME THE NAME OF THE COMPANY.

I contacted this #  after a process server was trying to reach me to serve papers. I made an arrangement to clear everything up , so i thought. I was still served. I contacted this number again they said I didnt make the arrangement in time...What!!??? Can i dispute the summons since I did make an arrangement??

What is it? Is it a collection agency? And what was the summons about?

They keep calling me trying to verify my address so they can send me leagle papers, but I live in Texas and they are in California.  They are telling me they are a leagle department trying to send me a court date, yet I live in Texas and they are in California so how can they send me a court date? They have no rights here and they will not tell me who they are or who they are suing me for, they just want me to make arrangements.

Sean Padilsky identified himself as representing "Legal Services" threatening to serve me a summons to my home for who knows what.

714 203 5274  case# 29613   called my cell number and then called my 80 yr old mother's number, said they were looking for my son about a court case date.  When my son contacted them.... they wanted to make payment arrangements for hot cks written.  He called them again and now they are telling him it is about an old bank acct.

from what i hear that's the same thing. bad checks and overdrafts still put you in check systems. and yeah they call me too -____-

I've been contacted by process servers for some time now. When i finally called the number they filled me in on the situation. This company does legitimately owns my debt. Their tactics of recovering it are questionable, though.

Dan Robinson from this company called my place of work and somehow reached my coworker, asked for me and stated a case# and said they had papers to serve and wanted to know my address. Bizarre, as I dont have any debt thats outstanding. Who are these people?

yes I received a call from this number, the caller did not identify themself. I am in Missour and the person is in California. The call was about some legal documents that I know nothing about.

Received a call stating they are from the Legal Support Services Department. Wants me to call back in regards to a court date and to verify my address, so I could be served. Strange!! There was some sort of case no, but I deleted the message. They said if I don't return the call back in 24 hours, they will get in touch with the employer and forward the "documents" there. I've never heard of them. And why should I disclose my information to them?

I have received numerous call from a company called Legal Support Services stating that they had a summons to serve on me. I have told them each and every time serve me with the summons. I have not been served yet. Today I called them back and an answering service answered stating that it was Goldman & Associates. I provided the case number and was connected to John Roberts who first indicated that it was a judgement. After telling him that it could not be a judgement since I have never been issued a summons and complaint. He then changed his story to reflect that it was a pending judgement. Which I again corrected him in order for it to be a pending judgement I must have been served with a summons and complaint. When I asked for the name and address for the law firm I was told that it would be on the summons and complaint that I would be served in the next couple of days. I told him that I would be waiting for the documents. Does anybody any information on this law firm?  I would like to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the California State Bar as well
