Received a call from 714-209-8540, a company called Design Center...He said they were in the area giving estimates. I told them I was on the National Registery of Do Not Call List and not to call...He started arguring with me telling me not to hang up and listen to him. Finally I had to hang up he became to beligerent. Then called back on 818-300-2399, 3 times...I didn't answer the phone.  I am going to report them to the FTC "Again"

this number called me for four consecutive days leaving no message... decided to block this caller after reading this post.

this number keeps calling my house and hangin up and now my work. When I asked who he was, he hung up. At home, he calls and then hangs up. When I call back, it's a cell phone and the mailbox is full

This number calls my home every morning leaving no message and when i got a chance to answer one morning no one spoke and they hung up. called back and the mail box is full..... pretty lame

I also got a call from this creep, breathing heavy and very rude. He was saying he's a contractor and laughed when I told him I did not need anything from him and to not call again.

Received this same call today. Hung up, left no message. Annoying!

Constantly calling and by the time I get to the phone they hang up.

A woman asked for me by name and then identified herself as calling from the Design Center of Irvine. When I politely asked her why she was calling me, because my number is on the "Do Not Call" list, she said she did not know this. I told her that, legally, she is required to check this list before calling someone. She became belligerent and then hung up on me.
