I got a call from this number saying there was a complaint filed against me and that I will be arrested at my home or job. They said I needed to call and speak with attorney John Marsh...or else, send me to the courthouse. When I called it said office of John Hill,

I got the call 5 minutes ago some [***] left a message...he said they had a complaint about me and if I did not respond I would go to jail I get these messages from scammers about once or twice a month don't worry about it just some lazy [***] that doesn't want to get out and work for a living

I also received the same voicemail from that number. I actually called back and asked for John Marsh - to which some [***] Indian guy told me "John Marsh is the head of the department and would have to call me back in 2 minutes." What a joke.

Got the cal aout 5 minutes ago,same voicemail saying there was a complaint filed against me and that I would be arrested telling me  to call back asking for John Marsh. I have gotten calls from this number several times but this is the first time they leave a message.

Got the same message everyone else is reporting. I don't use my name in my voicemail for stuff like this. If the complaint is true, they can come get me. I'm not hiding.

They called my daughter's cell gave her the same BS story, wanting my number.  She told them no and would pass the info on to me.  Yes, let them come get me.

Got the same call about a somplaint and that they would see me in the courthouse. lame..

Received a message from John Marsh saying I would be arrested at home or work because of a complaint. It's a total scam. I googled John Marsh and saw the complaints from other phone numbers. Pathetic!

I reviewed a voicemail from a lawyer claiming I will be arrested at work or home.  This sounds bogus.

Same story as everyone else. Call from John Marsh (heavy Indian accent) saying I would be arrested at home or work. No specifics as to why. Just that if I didn't Call 714 248 0172 I would be arrested and he would see me in court. Googled and found tons of complaints. PATHETIC that i am reading complaints going back over a year and some who have been scammed and that this man has not be caught. Feel sorry for the people scammed. Hope they track down this P.O.S. And put him in jail and throw away the key. .

Got this message before 7:30 AM this morning. Getting so tired of these calls! Threat of arrest, no names, no specifics. What a waste of time and energy. This came through on my phone as "Adam Hoke Service". The number is traced to Westminster, CA--but probably bounced through from Pakistan.

I just got same message as others are reporting.  Complaint filed, I am going to be arrested at home or work. I can call John Marsh-good American name -; or to courthouse. Should learn OUR legal system before calling again.  

I just received the same scam...he has been calling my number every 25 minutes. I don't answer any call unless I know who it is, they can leave a message to get a hold of me....714-248-0172 is the number coming up on my caller ID...there is one other call and it comes 20 minutes or so before the "lawyer"

I got the exact same message.

Got a call yesterday,  i answered but no one said anything.  This morning the same number called and again silence. Then called again. So I called back and got an answering machine to a "law firm." I rejected the number and got a voice mail about an hour later that there was a complaint against me and to call John Marsh or see me in the court house.

Got a call from this number: "We have received a complaint against you and for that reason you are going to get arrested from your physical address or at your work pace. If you need any further information you can reach us at 714 248 0172. you can call on this number and ask for Sr. Attorney John Morris or else see you in the court house.

I called back from another line and got the message "all attorneys are in the meeting. but your call is important to us, so leave a message"

Um no, but thanks anyway.

Same message here... something needs to be done about this.

The same number justcall  me and said someone coming to arrest me now in 45 mins cause I owe 926.00 I told them I never got anything in the mail and never got an email how do these ppl get ur information . this is crazy what can I do who do I report this too . the lady that spoke to me was Strella Woods didnt catch the attorney name. They were from Financial Credit Breuro

I received a call at 6:30am today stating I owed money and was being pursued regarding debt with some odd company. I called them back and that read some blurb asking me not to interrupt and then disconnected the line.  The "attorney" name used was John Walsh.  

Kept getting a call from this number but never picked up until today by accident.  The man on the other line said he was with an Attorney's office and I was a suspect in a fraud/theft case.  When asked to put something in writing he said they couldn't but that a warrant was going out for my arrest and best of luck.  They tried to get me to do a  OCR (out of court restitution) but when I stated that there was no way I was paying a settlement for something that I had no info on.  He then said well they couldn't help me then.  WOW can't believe that they are people that evil out there try to scare people into paying money they don't owe.
Didn't quite catch the name but it was close to David Pateli or something like that.
