West & Associates: Scam debt collector. This company is relentless. They've called me numerous times the past couple months, despite being told to stop and being sent more than one cease & desist letters via mail and fax. They called me just now, then immediately called my husband. When I heard in the voicemail that it was them, my husband decided to call back the number they called from NOT the number they requested we call. A different person answered, a man who barely spoke English. My husband told them to stop calling his phone number since it's not for the person they're calling. As soon as he hung up, this man immediately called his cell phone back from the same number asking for me. It's really a shame reporting them does no good since they're not a real company.

Not that it will stop them, but did you send it by certified mail?

These people are ruthless, scumbag scam artists. Theyve been calling me for about a year now (ever since I got a new car. Coincidence I THINK NOT) and every time I block their numbers or move they seem to find new ways to harass me. This time this is an automated message with a sweeter sounding person then the vile jerks who would call before. Seems theyre trying to portray a more professional front. DO NOT CALL THEM

They have called me in the past and I referred them to my attorney. They just called me again! I also called back the number they called me from not the number they wanted me to call back. I was not nice and he hung up on me so I called him back over and over and kept answering with "stop it" and hangs up then a coue times he changed his voice. What a LOSER!!! Scammer!!!'

do not understand as I am on the do not call registry list !!!  these people are creeps

Melissa decided to use multiple numbers to scam. She called me from 714 252-4586 but asked that I return call to 949 531-6403.  The are such a annoying company and I am not who they are looking for yet they refuse to remove my number.
