they called 3 times today, I didn't answer, they didn't leave a message.  
Caller ID just read "California"

Got a call like LA Girl. Didn't answer and no message left. ID said "California". This is the first call I've gotten by these people butI'm sure i won't be the last.

Message starts, "Hello.  The FBI reports that crime rates are on the rise..."  Wants to put a sign in my yard to alert security companies to my potential shill status.

Got the same pre-recorded message... "Hello.  The FBI reports that crime... blah, blah, blah".  I punched option 1 to speak to a human being.  When I got to her, I informed her that the auto-dialer had called a business number and requested that it be placed on the Do Not Call list. She said she'd take care of it and broke the connection.
Funny, I'm not sure if she had my phone number to reference... guess I'll have to wait and see at the next unsolicited phone call.

I've received 2 calls from these criminals, they did not leave any message.  USAMobility Wireless is providing service to these scammers.  File a complaint against the number here:http://www.usamobility.com/customer_support/contact_us.asp

Telemarketer Recording - "FBI reports a break-in every 15 minutes....."

All I can tell you for sure, is it's a telemarketer robodialer gone wild, using a spoofed caller ID.  I have received three calls from this number during the past two hours.  I wish they would update the software in these robodialers, so they could recognize a fax machine when it auto answers.  I can't help but laugh.  I have the fax set to auto answer on the first ring, with the ringer turned off.  

Got a call from these idiots at 12:51 PM PST.  Robo part says they want to install a sign on my property and in return will install a new security system free.  Right.  I pressed "1" to continue the call to see if I could wind them up and record the conversation, but as I turned on the recorder and put the mike in my ear they had hung up. I hope to catch them one of these days on put the conversation on Youtube.  

They have called no less than 10 times in the past two days. Today I picked up and pressed 9 to be placed on their do not call list. We'll see if it works.
