never heard of these people ~ sent me a text saying account frozen!  Community Driven.    contact (their #) account frozen

Called saying I owed on a credit card I didn't have.  When I asked for details they hung up.

They just called me saying i had two claims denied by my insurance provider Delta Dental.
They pretended to be collecting on behalf of Castle Dental. Said i owed two insurance claims of $98 and $126
that Dental Dental denied.

My dentist office (Bright Now) has started using this company to handle their billing. They called today to harass me about a charge that just came about YESTERDAY. Seriously? I haven't even been sent the bill yet.

I have explained to them 3 times now that our dental insurance company is taking care of this and they need to stop calling, plus the fact that they are asking for my teen daughter when they call!!!

This is the collections part of Castle Dental.  Very pushy.  My dental insurance declined 2 procedures, needing more information.  They told me I had to pay right then.  I told them no!  I have talked to the local office that did the work and they are going to submit a more detailed account for the procedure, and that I wasn't going to pay them till it was determined what my dental insurance was going to do with the detailed claim they were resubmitting.  They were still very pushy.  The local office didn't appreciate the way the collection part was handling it.

I do not have any unpaid bills. I think it is just scam.

SCAM SCAM SCAM They happen to call our business office and asked for one of ours girls and demanded money she owed turns out her last name did not match who they were looking for.....NON STOP calling and harassing our employees

I got a lot of calls from this number and the caller were pushy and rude. They asked me to pay them money directly and immediately for a dental service I got from my local Castle Dental that I had paid before I got the service. They said that because the insurance company denied the payment. I told the caller that I need some time to invest the case. But the caller insisted getting the money immediately even though I have'n gotten any written bill. This company only takes care of money, They don't hear you.

Abusive calls!

I also got a call from this company stating that I owed Bright Now because my insurance denied payment.  I said it's been over a year since I've seen this dentist and would like to research before anything further.  The lady was very pushy and rude.  She told me to pay now and I could work it out with my insurance later.  I refused and called my insurance company only to find out that the claim had been filed only a month before.  They waited almost a year to file a claim and then want me to pay without time to appeal?!?!  My insurance company luckily is taking care of the situation.

Just got a call from 714 361 2901 requesting I call that it was urgent for bright now dental.  the left a message to call 888 364 8522.  looks like a scam

Marked "Suspected Spam" by AT&T Call Protect, which means lots of crowdsourced reports on this number. Someone left a message for a name not in our household or tied to my number, but I think it's a scam or some unsavory collection agency. Don't answer the phone and block the number if you have that function available.

I called them back, they told me that it's a call center. The guy who received my call was asking me if I was looking for a dental appointment. Weird as hell.

Said I owed money from Bright Now Dental. I paid the full amount when I was there. I let the lady know her information is bad. I'm going in tomorrow, so I'll follow up with them if this number is legit.

They called me telling me I owe them money but I verified with my dental office and insurance company that I don't. Scammers? Or poor bookmarking??

it is a legit number. bright now dental. not a scam. they called about a small charge that my insurance company did not pay. i will pay at the local dental office where i go for appointments.

I think there are enough posts to reassure of who might have called. There is always the possibility of a scammer trying to take advantage of billing confusions to try pulling an Insurance scam.
