Calls on my cell phone.  Called and says it's Direct Buy

CALLED LATE -- JUST HUNG UP

Same thing - hung up right away

Just got a call on my cellphone from that same number. Hung up before I could answer. I googled the number and found this thread. 714-364-2314

Called my cell...Hung up before I could answer.. When I returned the call It was DIRECT BUY.

this number called me five times a day the last call was at 10:05 pm they left one message from Direct Buy !!!!!

yea these [***] called me asking for my name and info. Dont give em [***],its a scam.

Called and hung-up going to report them to the Ca Attorney General's office.

Called the # to verify it was Direct Buy, as people said it was.  No live person but recording said it was Direct Buy.  If you registered your phone number on the national do not call registry at least 31 days ago, go to www.donotcall.gov > File a Complaint.  You'll need to enter the number you were called at as well as the date and time you received the call.  On the next page you'll record the number 714-364-2314 as the number that called you and you'll need to verify that you have not done business with this company.

Called at 5 minutes to 9 pm.  No one there.  No caller ID.

Just received a call as well... woke my kids up!! then hung up when I answered.... [***]!!! Who the heck is Direct Buy anyways??  Sound like something shady is going on... Would be willing to do a group thing where we would all joint in reporting it or something.... Not a big deal though, it didn't  ruin my day or anything, but the fact that we all experienced the same thing is somewhat weird I must say.....

Just got a call right now  at 8:35 pm and told me i was one of the lucky winners to be enter for a home improvement price thing. I just said no thanks and thats that. My caller id displayed this:

Called at 8:53pm pacific time. I'm in a neighboring area code. The person, in a cartoony voice, "Uh, is... Mr. Smith there...?" I said, "I don't know anyone by that name." The male voice then says, "Uh... sorry... wrong number..." and hung up.

There was a lot of sound in the background.

Hangs up when I answer.  Repetitive calls. Yet another number I have to block on my cell phone.

Got a hang up from them. It's local, so I Googled it and found it here. Yep, Direct Buy. I reported them to DoNotCall.gov since I've never done business with them.

I got a wild hair and called the #. It's a recording by a woman with an English accent (oooh, trying to be "classy"??!?) saying no reps are available to take my call. 1) If I was to join Direct Buy, I'd want someone to take my call at 7.30pm. 2) reputable companies don't use auto-dialers. Reputable companies don't NEED to use auto-dialers.

I received a call from this number tonight and they hung up, when I called back it was Direct Buy and there is a message from an English lady saying no one is available to answer the call but leave a message so they will call back.
