caller id says los angeles. when i answer no one talks.  it's annoying!

This number has been calling me for weeks. Caller ID "says" Los Angeles, but 714 is an Orange County area code. Each time I call the number back, I get a recording that states they are "Global Telesourcing" and to leave a message. Have been leaving a message to remove me every time they call (daily basis)asking to be removed but it never happens. Called today and their "voice box" is full. When I call "Global Telesourcing" there is getting nowhere.

Help us put this to an end!!

P.S. Tried to do call block with my AT&T service...there's a catch you can only block call in YOUR service area.

Called me and they stayed on the phone long enough to hang up on me.  Happens every couple of days.

I did receive a call from 714-380-5406 no message.  Google shows the number originates from Santa Ana CA.

Same number calls and says it is Los Angeles, continuous calls then hangups when I answer.

I have been receiving calls from this number about every three or four days. I have tried to answer, but they have always hung up.

Last night, October 7, 2008, a man answered and asked me which local radio stations I listen to. It sounded like it might be an opinion poll, so I mentioned a few stations. The person then asked me to verify my address, and gave me a wrong address for myself. I refused to confirm it, or to give them any information about myself.

Called me too. Caller ID says 'Santa Ana, CA'. He said he is from Time Warner. He wanted to know if I have subscribed to Cable service. When I said yes he wanted to confirm my name. When I asked what this call is about, he said 'Whoa'. I hung up.

Seems like some posts are from a couple years ago and one recently. I have also received a call from this number. I have only received two calls: one on Jan. 18th and one on the 22nd. I did not answer either time, as a figure if it's important they will leave a message, but they didn't. Con artists?

Same thing has happened to me too.

I got calls from this number during day time on the weekdays and weekends for the past 2 months. I never answer the call. They never leave message either, the annoying thing is they keep calling..

It is time warner
They never leave a message but I just called and the auto answer identifies as "thank you for calling time warner"

I have received calls as well, I don't answer.

This is time-warner cable with a robo-call.

It's time warner cable. Most of time i get a call from them, no one speaks on the other in. One time, I got a rep, and she tried to sell me some cable packages. I have time warner internet, but not the cable. I have directtv cable.

Just got a call. Didn't answer, no message was left. Did a google search and ended up here. I do have Time Warner internet service.

Got called a few times during the last couple weeks. Doesn't leave a message.

Calls during the day. Does not leave a message.

Same as above I use Time Warner internet nothing else. So this is marketing calls?
At what point does this constitute harassment because I get these calls at work...

I keep getting calls from that number. Never answered the call and no voicemail.
