recieved call at 5:21 pm. not able to call back. message says that the nmber is not in service.

This number is a landline, in Anaheim, Orange County, California. So next time I get a call from a suspicious number, I will just google it and report on this website.

Called this number back and all it says "Client Services! Please hold while we get someone to assist you with your call."

Got a call yesterday, 10:21 am Chicago time, and again 2:15 pm-same number, but I didn't pick up my phone ( I didn't want to be bothered by such people since Im just visiting my dad). tried calling back, but number  7144002104 is NOT IN SERVICE! How are these people able to call us, but then we can't cal them back???? Like Harrassed above, what i've been doing is google any suspicious numbers and just report it here-Im glad I am not the only victim of these people.

They called me twice. The first time I picked up and got a recording as the above person did: "Client Services! Please hold while we get someone to assist you with your call."
I called them back and got an operator. They are Client Services Inc. who handles accounts receivable for other companies. They wanted me to give them my phone number in order to figure out who called but I didn't give it to them. Here's the website: http://www.clientservices.com/
