They call and they call, they never answer me when I answer the phone.  The line is open as my caller id says it is but they don't responds.  Bunch of [***]!

called and hung up, left no message.

Second time they've called this week.  today was just an open recording.  I could hear people in the background but no one speaking directly into the phone.  Most of the people had a Spanish accent and some of the talking was in Spanish.

They called and hung up when I answered.

Called this morning. Didn't leave a message. Background sounds of people talking.

I recieved a call from 714-409-0213 Thursday 12/1 about noon.  This young male started to make a pitch and I said, "Pleeze, pleeze, don't call my office.  He replied: "If this is your office, you should answer the phone like it is an office."  I hung up but called the 409-0213 (shown on my caller ID) back.  Always busy. BTW, we don't have collection calls and we have no in arrears debt.

A man asked for the homeowner then hung up when I said they weren't in. The call was made at 4:25 pm on 12/9 Friday.

We are on the National Do Not Call list and our number is unlisted. Why are they calling? This guy sounds like the same one that kept calling and calling trying to sell us solar panels to reduce our electric bill.

They just called here...only it sounded like someone was crying.  Then they hung up.  Very disturbing...

I got a call with them soliciting personal information to see if I qualified for a government grant for lower energy products.  I told them to take me off their call list and he said "um I will think about that".

Just got a call from this number.  No message.  When I called it back, it was busy.

DoNotCall, doesNOTwork!  After all these years of getting the same calls over & over again and eveyone saying "but I'm on the DNC list" and sending in complaints to DNC, but yet NOTHING ever happens, try the steps below.

At least TRY to stop the calls yourself.  Here are easy 1,2,3 steps to take.

1)  Buy a Home phone with Call BLOCKING functions and use it.  Maybe as these types of phones start flying off the shelves in record numbers and the phone manufacturers see the demand for them, they'll make even more of them and give the ability to Block even more numbers in them.
2)  Call your local Phone Company & see if they have a Call Blocking service.  If so, sign up for it!
3) On Cell Phones, put the number into your Contacts under SCAM or whatever, and then SET the Ringtone to NO RING or SILENT!
Ta da!  They won't ever be able to ring through and bother you again.  If you see them in your Cell phone List and you hadn't even known they ever called, CONGRATULATIONS!!  You have now fixed it yourself!

Do NOT ever call them back, even if it seems like an innocent Recording that says 'this is a non-working number' or whatever.
Do NOT bother telling them to put you on their 'Don't call list'.  Guess what? They don't really have one!  And seeing they're calling ILLEGALLY in the first place, don't waste your breath.
Do NOT talk to them at ALL, just HANG UP!
BLOCK them, and go on with your life.

If you're worried that it could be a Legitimate company trying to contact you, then wouldn't you think they'd have your Address and you'd have gotten a letter from them??

P.S.   NEVER call back a number listed on a questionable letter, either!  ALWAYS look it up yourself and be sure you're calling the REAL company, not just any old number given to you in a letter!!!!!!!  And don't contact the email address they give you, either!!!

It's a Felony to send anything through the U.S. mail that's bogus, but by the time you've called the number that they listed, or logged onto a website they gave you,  and given them all your personal info. to supposedly 'verify that it's really You', -  they've already stolen your Identity and your Bank account money, etc.!!  By the time you figure it out, your wallet is emptied, and you can complain to the Feds all you want.....  but by then your Identity and money is long GONE!

They called my cell phone.

They have been calling me every few days and hang up when I pick up the phone.  With all of these complaints, I'm surprised, something hasn't been done to this company.

Been getting calls from this number several times a day, and when you answer, no one is there.  So annoying. I put this number on Call Block thru Verizon, so hopefully that will end it.

Also has called us repeatedly but did not answer unitl this morning when he said he was "Tom with Smart Energy" (I assume a solar panel sales company). I terminated the call at that point. We are also in the Do Not Call Registry but these callers are usally working from home from a list given to them by the contractor paying for leads.

this company keeps calling its a scam they are telemarketers trying to sell solar panels for a non legitimate company.   if they were legit they would mail or contact you after you inquire.  Its a scam dont answer hang up and report to dnc.

I just got called by this number. noise and talking in the background, they couldnt pronounce my name right, i hung up on them. I must get 4-5 calls like this a day...it is rediculous! I pay for a private number, and i have 30 numbers (max) listed in my caller id block (available from time warner). I also am on the national do not call list, what a croc! the gov probably sells numbers on that list. i wish my caller id block could hold about 1000 numbers, that would help alot.
