I answered a call from 714-415-6705 and it was a guy calling about a debt settlement service.

I am getting a call from this person and they keep hanging up on me.  They call me at work and my cell.

This number is from Credit Exchange...a debt related place. You fill out an application online for help and it gets sent to them so they can try and help you out. Or atleast that is what I was just told.

Mike Cole from Credit Exchange was calling regarding my "application."  He was calling from this number, but left this number on my voice mail - 800-810-3390, Ext. 266.

I read you post about this Credit Exchange place that keeps calling you.  How did you get them to stop calling?  That was a big mistake by me filling out their application.  They call me 10 times a day and it's always a different person.  Plus they are now calling me at work.  I noticed on my caller ID that they called at 9:20 LAST NIGHT!  They are not allowed to call after 9:00.

I spoke with a customer service representative about consolidating some debt.  I told him that I wanted to do more research on the commpany and that I would get back to him in a couple of days.  He called me back almost immediately that same evening and hasn't stopped calling since.  He has left a rude message on my voicemail.  I received a call tonight at 9:50 pm, no message left.  I don't answer these calls,  but I wish they would stop calling.

Caller ID number on previous message was wrong.  It is 714-415-6705.

this jerk calls my cell phone number constantly. I want it stopped.

Got a call about an online application for debt consolidation that I had submitted. Was surprised that they could help me because my total debt is less than $6000,so I set up electronic withdrawal from my checking account. I was told that if I needed more time to get the money for the payment to call at least 3 days before payment was to be processed. Payment was due for processing on Monday, I called on previous Wednesday and left message with my case Rep. he proceeds to call me on Monday and tells me to go to my bank and stop payment on my electronic draft,and they will reimburse me for the fees,then I can reschedule payment. I go to my bank to stop payment,bank needs to know EXACT name for the stop payment to be successful. I call Credit Exchange and ask who's name the draft will come out under,they inform me that the firm handling my case is Consumer Protection Law Firm and thats the name that I need to put on the stop payment. So I do this and pay the fees,and later that day I see an electronic draft being put through under the name Campos Chartered,I immediately Googled this company name and all kinds off Rip-Off Alerts came up for them and stories of how all they have done is taken people's money and never helped them(some people paid for over a year,a payment every month)they promise to pay your creditors and all they do is keep your money and never pay anyone.Fortunately,I contacted my bank in enough time that they were able to stop payment before they got the money. I closed my account the same day,and believe it or not they tried running the payment again the very next day.I want to warn everyone,I personally think this is a get rich quick scheme on their part.They sit back and collect your money and get rich off of you and do nothing in return to help you.

Thank you for sharing this!!  I too have been getting calls from this number, and I have looked into some debt consolidation on-line.  I appreciate being able to find out this information so as not to also be scammed by them!!

hang ups now, but before kept asking for a Jessica and I informed them must be wrong number to please remove my cell number from their records. They are calling 10 times a day!

Just call the number back and tell them that you want your number removed and that you have settled your problem by using someone else (or something similar to that). I did that and they removed my number from the call list. When you call the number that called you, you get a totally different person than the one that first called you. It sounds like a phone bank, so most of them don't know anything about you other than your number and what little info they see on their computer screens.

these people called me and i didn't know who or what they wanted .they said i filed an application on line but i never filled out anything. and would not leave there compay name or address just a 1-800 number.

recieved numerous calls from this number. no messages, don't know who this is, don't wish to know or recieve any more calls.

I made the mistake of looking up payday loan debt consolidation and guess what this place started calling.  They are a bogus company, call them and just ask to be removed from their lists.
