They called and did a double ring to confuse my phone blocker.  I believe there are many numbers beginning with 714-463-6xxx that are all associated.  Usually solar or home Improvement work.  Begining to wonder why I have a phone at all.

They have been calling houses up and down my street this evening. I know this because I went over to my neighbors to gloat about my latest telemarketer settlement check, just as they got a call from this outfit. Caller ID says "GO GREEN EDUCAT" which is an old familiar scammer. This is apparently a call center that works for a number of solar energy ripoff artists. My neighbors said "This is what we mean! Listen to this!" So I took the phone and heard the robocall. I said "I'll bet when I get home, I'll find the same call on my machine. And that's exactly what I found.

I just got a call from 714 463 6146.  Where did they get my cell phone number?

I agree with the poster above.  I keep a log of calls so I know which numbers call frequently and then block them on my phone.  I have a number of (714) 463- numbers.  Here's another one I'll block (at least until they change THIS one to a new one.  I am SO over these people - - they need to get a clue.

Received two calls from this caller this evening. Blocked the caller!

1-714-463-xxxx numbers and others are harassing "do not call" citizens.. See other notes!  Why isn't it a crime to Harrass citizens of the " Good Old USA"? Or is it becoming "Not So Good" because our tax paid legal processes and organizations don't Care? We need help!

Got to phone calls from GO GREEN EDUCA.  They are using a different phone number than last week.  I have reported them to the local Contractors State License Board and I can't find a license for them.  Also enrolled this number in the free blocker blacklist.

The number one suspect: A1 Solar Power, Inc.

I have been one of their early victims. And... I wrote a angry but civil review on Yelp.com. Guess what, Yelp told me that my review was not within the "guideline". It made me wonder how "fair" Yelp can be or better yet how much advertisement dollars that Yelp soaked in from this company.

Got a call from this number (714) 463-6146 on my cell. No message left. Added to Calls Blacklist App which is a free application that I love!!

So annoying, twice in a row...they need to stop!

Received several calls from these idiots.  CallerID shows "GO GREEN EDUCAT".  I don't know what they are attempting to do, but every time they call it shows two simultaneous incoming calls.  Trying to trick my call blocker I assume.

Caller id is CA Construction and their call is blocked.  I also have Go Green Educate at a different number
714 463-6060.  These numbers need to be reported because  this maybe part of one of the largest group of telemarketing scam artists.

Call came in; I did not answer; they left no message.  Note: I suspect they are just moving digits around to spoof their phone number.  I also have received calls from 714/463-6107 and 714/463-6157---too coincidental that the 714/463- keeps coming up.  Blocked this number but I'm sure they'll move on to another spoofed number.  I keep a log so I can stay on top of it, so as they "rotate" numbers around I can continue to block them!

Just got a call on my cell from this number, I never answer a number I do not recognize. I figure if it is a legit call and they know who they need to speak to, they'll leave a message. I agree with all the posts, these telemarketers need to stop. I just keep blocking numbers, once I find out it is a scam call. The do-not-call list needs to be respected not circumvented through some legal loophole.

We got a call from "Go Green Education, 714-463-6146" (which is probably really A1 Solar Power, Inc., since we've gotten MANY calls from them...Google "A1 Solar Power, Inc. complaints" for more info), and blocked that number.  We're extremely tired of their illegal/junk calls and will NEVER do business with them.

This energy scam artist phoned today, leaving a voice message, "This is an urgent message regarding your electricity bill...."  In reality, the scammer's primary concern is the victim's wallet and how best to latch onto it.  DON'T BE FOOLED!  There is a legitimate energy savings program called Energy Upgrade California, which can be found at http://www.energyupgradeca.org/  This message has no connection with the program, but is part of a scam operating under many different aliases.  DON'T ANSWER THIS CALL!

Caller ID was "Yorba Linda".  Pre recorded message about reducing electric energy costs.  No doubt solar telemarketer scumbag.

This is not the first time I've heard this about Yelp.  They seem to favor companies that advertise with them.  Also, I think a good number of 5-star reviews on Yelp are phony, but that's my personal opinion.  Personally, I don't do business with any company that harasses me over the phone, and in most cases do not pick up the phone if I don't recognize the number.

12/05 17:29 PST  These fools just keep changing numbers.  Will add to robotic call list since it is so obviously a robotic call.  Recorded voice saying "This is an urgent public notice...etc."  Never answer any of these calls.
