they pretend to be a radio survey company, but when I told them to put me on their do not call list, they put me on hold for a supervisor...sounds like a scam to me

i usually don't answer but i wanted to know who it was, a recording came on and said "This is a courtesy call and gave a phone number" and disconnected.  I didn't write down the number.

I missed the call then looked here. I don't know anyone in this area code

It's time Warner trying to sell me cable tv

They call at least twice a week and when you answer there is no response.
Called the number back and never goes thru.

Time Warner Cable.  If your bill is late this is one of the #s they may call you from.
