Claims to be the USCIS, with immigration. Complete fraud

I received a call from this number saying they were calling from USCIS and that they will be waiting for me at my house ready to deport me.

I'm husband is getting this call this is a complete fraud don't give any information about your self .. This is not immigration !!!

My husband kept getting calls from this number.  They said that he had to pay them 6oo dollars and that they were going to have a police man waiting to arrest him if he didn't pay.  They would not talk to me or give me the name of their so-called company.  I told them that I would report them to the Better Business Bureau if they kept harrasing us.  They didn't call back.  Don't give out your personal information!

They just call my husband with the same issue they are a fraude theya have his number and name. They said they are from USCIs and they going to arrested him about a scholarship that he never got. BE CAREFUL WE THIS KING OF PEOPLE . I CALLed THE POLICE Already hope they don't invade us anymore.

Claimed to be with IRS wanted SS# to confirm who they were speaking to.  Said there was a tax evasion case against me.

Said IRS is filing lawsuit against us (never said our first or last names).  Said to call back 714-486-0868 immediately.  Caller ID comes up Cellular Call.

Crappy recorded message saying it was the IRS and to call them back immediately. Sounds like fraud to me...

Let it go to my voicemail because I don't know anybody in the 714 area code, and the first part of the message was cut off, but picks up with a recorded woman's voice saying "... Is filing a lawsuit against you, please call 714-486-0868 immediately" and repeats the number again. I'm assuming it's the bogus IRS call others have mentioned. Not calling the number back.

Left a message saying a lawsuit is getting filed against us. Blocked! Thank you everyone for the confirmation that these whackos are scammers.

Call from the IRS final call and there is a law suit against me. Said to call back immediately.

I got a call today on my answering machine and they said it was the IRS and it is the final call and that there is a law suit against me. The number is 714-486-0768 and they want me to call them back. They did not same my name they just said they have been trying to get a hold of me. I have not had and other call so I am pretty sure it is not real. Also I'm sure the IRS don't call people. They send a cop with a letter?

The call starts when the phone picked up so all I get is lawsuit and call the number.  I usually have it deleted before they get the number out.  But it is getting old getting at least 1 and sometimes 3 calls a day.

The # that called me is(714)486-0868. Its a scam they just called saying I have a IRS lawsuit against me..I checked online and IRS said they would only send stuff threw mail to inform anyone of any debt not through a phonecall or ask for account info. Somebody's trying to run scams. Watch out!!
