Last week, this number started calling my cell phone two or three times a day.  I haven't answered.  No messages left.  It must not be important.
The calls started soon after I mistakenly picked up a call from area code 202 which turned out to be a known IRS scam - a recording saying that I or my lawyer should call back immediately or prosecution would begin.

I called it back without transmitting my caller ID (*67) and it is Home Energy Solutions.

Caller ID:  DHES  Robocall with nice lady on the other end who wants to save our energy costs.  Advised that our utility bills are so low that we don't qualify.   She doesn't stop there.....energy efficient windows, energy saving appliances, energy efficient water heaters, heating, air conditioning.....the whole gamut.   Told her the same thing we tell all of the other "concerned" robocalling pains in the ass.....our son-in-law is a general contractor; take us off your list.   Another robocaller beeped into the call to let us know that they, too, want to sell us something in violation of the DNC.  Number reported to the FTC Complaint Assistance (like that will help!)

This number calling my home phone and did not say anything.
It hang up few seconds later.
It does few times in a day.

These people are really stupid. They've called 21 times in 12 days and have been blocked since call #4, but they haven't figured it out. They get one ring, a busy signal, and then disconnected... they don't get it... duh!

714-589-8652 Caller ID: ESHTD Machine answered and female called out my name and hung up after no response.  Call center background noise.  Same number called 3 minutes later and hung up without leaving a message.

ESHTD called today at 2:00 p.m. I didn't answer and no message was left.

Caller didn't leave a message on my machine and the caller id said "ESHTD" which probably means telemarketer/scammer since every legitimate business I know always leaves a message. So I ran 3 reverse traces using 3 different types of traces and all were blocked for a person or business name and the only information was a general location of Garden Grove, California using 2 service providers of CELLCO Partnership DBA Verizon Wireless-CA and Planet Telesis Inc-CA. This is definitely a scammer that is either spoofing numbers or using a voip system while phishing for personal information and running some scam ( i.e. Solar Energy, Green Solutions, Energy Efficiency Experts etc. ). A legitimate business would never hide their identity and location from the public by blocking a trace. DON'T ANSWER AND DO NOT CALL BACK FOR ANY REASON. Block and report to the proper authorities. Phone companies should be held responsible for these types of calls since they are making money from them by providing the systems and services that these scammers use and possibly farming out numbers too.

714-589-8652  Caller ID: DIRHOMESOLN  They are back with a new caller id.  Previously was ESHTD. Machine answered and male caller said hello a few times, hanging up after no response.  Call center background noise.

I hate home energy solutions. They did work for me one time and now they are constantly calling for more work to be done even though I tell them I'm not interested.

Another criminal calling yesterday after 6 pm  with a fake number and refusing to leave a message.   Caller ID: DIRHOMESOLN
