Answered call and caller immediately hung up on me.  Called back and an automated response asked if I wanted to be placed on a do not call list then press some number.  

I hung up and blocked the call because I believed the caller was trying to steal personal information.  

Did a Google search on caller company name ACTIONM LLC and the result was no records returned.  Caller ID stated origin was Santa Ana, CA.

Caution, this is a scammer.

Same as above. This number called me. I didn't answer but I called back. It's telemarketing.

Called me at 151pm PST - let it ring a few times and disconnected.  Did not leave voicemail message.

Called at 5:18pm, picked up, no answer, they hang up right away.

Received call from this number, i didn't answer but they left no message.

Received a call from this number, they left no mess,  I just blocked the call....must be scammers  !!!

Called and wanted to give me a free estimate on windows tomorrow which is  Christmas Eve

Pretty much same here, except when my phone rang it started to smell like fish........
That's when I turned on my HD camcorder & picked up the phone on speaker! It was quiet, I asked hello the guy on the other end quietly replied" hi". Right at that moment my curiosity was peaked! I said "well hello"?
He slowly replied, " Do you need windows "?
I was shocked and in disbelief because I was just talking to my wife yesterday about the hole in the wall of our bathroom needs a window. (Currently remodeling the bath)
Anyways, now I'm quite scared and very anxious. How would he know all this info?
Is he a peeping window tom? So I told him in a firm voice....maybe! I said before we go any farther I need to know his name. He replied ina low voice, my name is Tom! All of a sudden my hair on my neck stood up, red flags and bells were waving and ringing!
I told him in a confrontational voice. I lived in Santa Ana, California! At that moment in horror, he said with a deep prime evil growl, I live there to! I stopped and almost fainted with the pure anxiety, and the feeling of a panic attack coming on, thinking will my doctor believe this one, or are panic attacks all  in my head. Armed with this knowledge and intense fear, I asked him in my trembling voice if he lived  on window lane in Santa Ana, CA. Tom paused  in a quiet low voice and with his teeth chattering I could just barley make out what he was trying to say,......yes, who are you and how did you know that! I quickly said in my deep voice  that I live on window lane to! I think at the moment in time we both were in shock and so scared! I asked him what house is yours you live in? His reply was " The big one next to the elm tree. With all the windows! That's so nuts cause I live in the gray house across the street for toms house. That house has 147 windows and Payne's of glass all over the out side, I counted them all last year while I was repairing a window of mine that needed to be reglazed. Now I'm completely confused and frightened! I'm siting at my table thinking how did this guy called me out of the blue from # 714-592-2591 thats when it hits me like a avalanche of broken thoughts, that must be my step brother in law. Because my sister married Tom last year! I know because I was invited to the wedding! My blood pressure starts to go back to the correct stalic range and my anxiety started to tapper off. That's when a light bulb went off in my mind. Oh my gosh, I know tom and he was just telling me about his boiler room window scam job last week over coffee at Starbucks, we sat next to the bay window. Tom was telling me how he scamed a old lady whose husband died while installing a large bay window system in their kitchen. He said he sold her a $12,800 bay window. Tom got the money in cash, cause she paid in full. That's bad never pay in full. Well he just never came back and never ordered the replacement bay window, to this day the cardboard and plywood tom hung up is still there. So now I know who called me and that phone number is now unblocked and he had me promise not to tell anybody. I'm sure this blog has a couple users that can keep all of this on the down low...... I learned a valuable lesson, don't judge a creppy call and most of all not all windows are the same.

  He just hung up and called back twice. On the last call he said sorry phone trouble, then asked me if I needed a window quote? Total scamer!
I said NO, don't call me back.

Second recent call from 714-592-2591.  Caller ID states "3D".  Caller never leaves msg.  We are on fed DNC list.

Here's the only way to deal with this intrusive lowlife:  Get on DNC list and then report calls from 714-592-2591 to FCC.

Since when does owning a phone give lowlives the right to bother you with repeated calls?  It's neither evil nor funny. It is ILLEGAL and the FCC will take action  

Caller ID says Name Unavailable.  I answered, said hello twice, no-one responded, I hung up.

They've called me three times. They call past 8pm, twice waking up my newborn baby. I've said both times to take me off their calling list. This is crap. I want to call his house with a screaming baby to see how he likes it.

Sorry, that the baby, and yourself, were bothered, but EVERY time you answer these scammers calls, they will continue to call. If you simply ignore the calls, you, and the baby, will not be constantly annoyed, until the baby progresses to college age.

They call my cell number. I don't answer and blocked the #.

Received a call, shown to be from Santa Ana on my caller ID, but no one was there when I picked up.

Logged a dozen complaints with the FCC.  Hopefully they will follow up.  It might help to send a note to the congressional delegation as well in case this scheme is a technical loophole in the do-not-call concept.

I figure this caller may be exploiting a loophole in the law by initiating a call to prompt a call back.  A voluntary call back on your part is not protected, furthermore if you call this number your phone company may be displaying your first and last name to the thief.

I have these calls blocked but they keep calling every 2-3 days about 5PM.   I just reported them on the FCC site and hopefully something will happen.
